Don't stay at the roach motel
Pros:

The new staff has recently aquired the property and informed me last owners did very little maintenance or up keep on property

Cons:

The room reeked of urine and cigarette smoke and I killed at least 5 roaches during my stay the room had a toaster oven I never used because the time screen was filled with dead cockroaches and it looked like it had never been cleaned. There is mold above the toilet in the bath room and the shower curtain is missing multiple hangers and the mirror has some writing on it

Location, Staff, Clean, best Survey Cost ( keeping this data in mind for return trips...

Cons:

Serious problems with the (Compression or Lack there of) Matress. Most (Medically Recommended) healthy Sleep Position is Left Side. Ever so Slight Depression that does not conform to Human Left Side position.

The Facility and Staff are Very good, otherwise... Shop around for comfortable (top) Bed Matesses...

Cons:

I made a reservation for two rooms with two beds each, at arrival I found out that there was only one room available, this room did not have a tv as advertised, beds were in very bad shape, saw cockroaches in my room, and until now I have not received my refund for the room that I have paid at the time of my reservation which it was not available, booking.com still waiting for the response about the refund.

Carfished by pictures but experience was bad.

I wish it was in better condition but, at least there's privacy and the ac works very nicely.

Cons:

It is housing for the homeless. There was a fight between tenants as we were checking in. Dirty!! The hotel host had the door locked for his safety! Smelled like weed as well.

I liked the accessible parking and vending machine. There was a straightforward check-in process.

Cons:

The room smelled like cigarettes so strongly that it made me and my girlfriend sick. There were burn holes in the blankets, the sink was leaking, the room was not clean, and the air conditioning intake vent had an ashtray sitting on it. The fridge was dirty and smelled bad. There was low-quality soap and no other toiletries. People were smoking outside of the room all day.
