Pros:

Das war unser 2.Aufenthalt. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, da Lokation und Gastgeber volle Punktzahl bekommen.

Appartment hat paar Upgrades bekommen seit unserem letzten Besuch. Neuer Duschkopf, Kosmetik in Miniatur, WC-Papier, Küchenpapier, ein Küchentuch, Handtücher und ein bezogenes Bett. Es gab Geschirr, Besteck, einen Schwamm, Spülmittel, alles was nötig war zum Kochen mit Gas.
Kühlschrank und Gefrierschrank waren vorhanden.

Wir haben auf dem Markt (Marche Vorville) und im Supermarkt nebenan eingekauft und haben gekocht in der Küche.

Sehr gut ist die Klima, ohne die man die gefühlten 40 Gras im Sommer nicht überleben würde. Die Wohnung heizt sich extrem auf, speziell das Bad. (Keine isolierte Wände)

Wir haben uns super arangiert in dem Appartment. Für Frankreich ist es in Ordnung. Südfrankeich bzw Cannes hat eine veraltete Stadt und da passt das Interieur und der Inhalt von allem dazu.
Wir reisen viel und sind qualitätstechnisch anderes gewöhnt. Aber damit muss man sich abfinden, wenn man ein Appartment in Cannes wählt.


Wir haben eigene Messer dabei gehabt, da, wenn man gerne kocht, funktionierende wichtig wären, ein Tipp für andere Reisende in dem Fall.

Wir geben trotz allem 10 Punkte. Weil wir Pascal mögen, weil er sich so für die Gäste einsetzt und alles erklärt und auch unsere klemmende Schranktür wieder reparierte.
Er ist die Seele des Hauses.
Es ist sicher im Gebäude, es gibt überall Kameras und unten kommt man nur per Chip rein.
Und die Lage ist perfekt. Man kommt direkt auf die Rue d Antibe raus, was die Hauptfussgängerzone darstellt.

Aber generell ist die Appartmentanlage ein wenig abenteuerlich und renovierungsbedürftig in vielen Fällen. (rostige Fensterabsperrung, Der Lack der Fensterläden blättert ab, Im Bad fehlen Fliesen, Wände nicht isoliert, Betten sehr weich und abgenutzt, Kissen mit Federnfüllung, also nicht allergikerfreundlich.

Cons:

Wasserdruck der Dusche und des Wasserhahns ist zu gering, auch der Duschvorhang, der 10cm zu kurz ist machen das Duschen zur täglichen Badüberflutung.

Verbesserungsvorschlag:
Entweder einen langen Vorhang besorgen oder eine Duschkabine aus Glas instalieren.

Wir waren 2 Wochen da, Handtücherwechsel würde ich wichtig finden, was nicht stattfand.
Sowie Küchentuchwechsel.

Und Bettwäsche, Tages-und Sofadecken haben an die Gäste davor erinnert geruchstechnisch.
Es gab ein Leintuch für zwei Personen für 2 Wochen. Fand ich zu wenig für zwei Personen im Sommer, wo man Badeurlaub in der Hitze macht.
Ich hatte wissentlich vom letzten Mal meine eigenen Tücher zum Schlafen dabei.
Aber ich würde es generell gut finden, wenn es 2 Decken gäbe für 2 Personen und auch ein Wechsel innerhalb von 2 Wochen stattfinden würde.

Auch ein Zimmersaugen zwischendrin würde ich gut finden. Da staubig.
Ich würde die Wohnungen mit einpaar Gadgets ausstatten, das würde die Reise erleichtern.

Deutsche TV Progamme fehlten uns.


Wir hatten unsere eigene Nespressomaschine dabei. Wäre vielleicht noch hilfreich, wenn in der Wohnung eine zur Verfügung stünde.

A spacious room in a central location
Pros:

A very central location. Room was well proportioned and well supplied with AC, Iron, fridge, tv and dining table. Room and bathroom was bright and clean.

Cons:

This is an old building. The doors for each room are quite old and therefore, are noisy and difficult to open / close. A lot of the noise experienced is from other guests coming and going from their room, struggling to close and lock their door properly. If the doors were improved, I believe it would be much quieter and the hotel would be 5/5.

Très agréable et parfait pour le festival.
