Un bon hôtel sans prétention !
Pros:

Un hôtel sans prétention mais avec une belle vue qui permet de bien profiter à pied de Furnas.
Chaque chambre est dotée d'une terrasse, spacieuse.
Le personnel est sympa.
C'est vraiment tout à fait correct et un bon rapport qualité prix.

Clean and pleasant hotel; unacceptable window situation
Pros:

The breakfast was amazing, the room was very clean and the location of the hotel is in a quiet area and close to all of the things that you would want to do in Furnas.

Cons:

The hotel contacted me to remind me that I did not book a room with a balcony (we chose an economy room). That was fine with us because we didn’t need a balcony. What we did not know is that the rooms have no fans or cooling of any kind and in the economy room you do not get a screen for your window, so you cannot open your window (mosquitos), so you just have to lie there and sweat all night.

Pros:

The view from the room was great, as well as the buffet style breakfast. Sure, the hotel is a bit older, and not so flashy but it was a great choice for us, as it is well located, clean and quiet.

Great options for the price and great views. Close to everything and walkable.
Pros:

Amazing views, not the newest or fanciest facilities but I think it is a great option for the price and not as far from everything as I was expecting. I had a car but once in town, I walked everywhere.

Cons:

Parts felt a bit older/rundown. Buffet was basic fruit was good but eggs were not.

I highly reccomended the place. The view is beatiful from the balcony.
Pros:

Clean and quiet location , breakfast is ok . How I wish there’s boiled egg, however staff in the kitchen specially the lady ( i forgot her name) is nice and respectful. There’s an incident that a customer was asking for a water to fill up her bottle container, however her hands are full of plates and cutleries and she mentioned to the customer to wait for a while and she will come back to her but the customer mis interpreted her voice tone thinking she is rude to her. I was there as a witness and she is reasonable that her hands are full at the moment and unable to help her and i did not find her rude in-fact she is calm and reasonable. I hope this review will reach to the manager if the customer complained about her.

Cons:

Few spots of parking area.
