Decent choice for old town
Pros:

This is our third time in the Baan. It always delivers what it promises.

Cons:

Nothing specifically bad about the hotel. It is a P/V choice.

Прекрасный чистый и уютный отель с отличным расположением! Супер красивая зона ресепшн, и очень чисто на этажах, в номере тоже все идеально убрано.

Расположение отеля шикарное, прямо через дорогу торговый центр с кучей кафешек и большим красным супермаркетом. До старого города идти пешком минут 5-10, что очень удобно.

В бассейне мы, к сожалению, не искупались, но зона у него выглядела очень красиво и уютно.

Удобная кровать и вообще весь номер очень уютный, есть всё необходимое.

Спасибо большое персоналу на ресепшн, замечательные приветливые девушки, очень нам помогли!

Cons:

Кондиционер в номере довольно шумный, нам это не мешало, но если кто-то чутко спит, то наверное будет не очень комфортно.

Многие тут отмечали завтраки) Конечно, круто, что завтрак есть, мы этого не ожидали и это приятный сюрприз! Но состав завтрака не самый разнообразный и средний по вкусу) Круассан, чай/кофе, два варёных яйца

Pros:

Super lange zum Phuket Old Town 3 Minuten.

I would not stay here again.
Pros:

Pool was fine, could use some cleaning and pool chair pillow top need to be replaced.
Room was clean and great hot water but during the night there is some sort of pump or something that runs loudly all night.
Location was fine is you want to be in a quiet area.

Cons:

No options for breakfast - two boiled eggs, croissant, tea or coffee.
95% of staff not friendly or welcoming at all. Didn't not care to help or answer simple questions.

Good budget hotel for Old Town.
Pros:

Good location for Phuket Old Town. Comfortable beds. Kettle & fridge in room. Very lovely staff. Nice little swimming pool with towels provided.

Cons:

Lovely room- very modern & bright but unpacked our bags & discovered the air conditioning wasn't cooling the room down. Contacted reception who apologised & moved us to another , much bigger room. Sadly this wasn't as nice as the original one although it overlooked the pool. However, we were only staying 2 nights so didn't cause a fuss as the staff were very apologetic about it & did move us to a functional room.

Het was er schoon

Cons:

Lift ging tot een bepaalde hoogte test was trap erg moeilijk voor mijn vrouw
Ontbijt was slecht kon je geen ontbijt noemen een broodje e twee eieren in een glas wilde je meer dan moest je het kopen personeel was ook niet de vriendelijkeste
Ik ga niet meer phuket is ook er duur.

Personnel à l'accueil très bien, surtout la dame qui nous a accueillis le soir de notre arrivée.

Personnel du petit déjeuner pas très accueillante et limite désagréable.
