Pros:

Η τοποθεσία είναι πάρα πολύ καλή, δίπλα στην παλιά πόλη και σε εμπορικό κέντρο και σούπερ μάρκετ.Το προσωπικό φιλόξενο και χαμογελαστό και μετά ο δωμάτιο καθαρό και άνετο.

Moc příjemný pobyt, v reálu o něco hezčí prostředí. Super umístění. Doporučuji balkon s výhledem na bazén. Někdo tu psal o hluku z ulice, my jsme měli naprostý klid. 10/10

A great, convenient place to stay in Phuket Town
Pros:

Baan Suwantawe is our go-to hotel whenever we stay in Phuket Town. The location is fantastic - right across from Limelight Mall and within easy walking distance of Old Town, restaurants and bars, with convenient access to local transport.

The Terrace Room is really spacious and comfortable.

Breakfast is fairly basic, but it’s a nice and easy option to have available in the mornings.

Cons:

The only improvement we’d suggest would be a smart TV, or the ability to cast to the TV so guests can access their own streaming services. It would be a great addition for those occasional days when you just want to relax at the hotel.

I'll definitely come back!
Pros:

I had a very pleasant stay at Baan Suwantawe. It's a great place to stay for whom wants to discover the Old Town by feet or do some shopping at Limelight Phuket. The lobby is cosy and looks like a coffee shop.
The staff was very kind and available. As I had to check-out early in the morning for my flight, they allowed me to leave the room keys on the counter (there was a security guard in the lobby).
The bed was great and comfortable. The fridge worked well.
Each day, the cleaning staff provide you complimentary bottles of water and they give you extra amenities, such as toothbrush, hand soap, shampoo, shower gel, etc. I really appreciated that!

Cons:

There were some noisy guests in the corridor sometimes. However, we usually heard them for a short while.

En fait près de 4 heures de retard au vol Air Asia. Arrivée de nuit à l'hôtel.. la chambre et le personnel très bien. Le petit déjeuner trop tard 8h30. la vieille ville est proche mais beaucoup trop de touristes. Les mosquées ont remplacées les temples c'est dommage...

Cons:

Trop touristique trop bling bling pour nous. Les valeurs de la Thaïlande sont effacés ici. Heureusement on n'est pas resté.

Pros:

Mooie ruime kamer, dichtbij old town Phuket. Om de hoek zit iets waar je kan wassen voor erg weinig geld!
Heerlijk zwembad!

Cons:

Ontbijt was wat karig. Je kreeg 1 croissantje, 2 eitjes en je mocht drinken kiezen (thee of koffie).
De douchestraal was ook wel best hard.

Un excellent hôtel pour un budget idéal. Accueil, sourires, gentillesse. Les locaux sont très agréablement décorés. Les chambres sont top. Le petit déjeuner très bon. Tout est top au Baan Suwantawe. On s'y sent chez soi et avec un sentiment de liberté et de sécurité. Proche de tout, l'emplacement est idéal pour profiter de Phukey town. J'y retournerai avec plaisir !

Decent choice for old town
Pros:

This is our third time in the Baan. It always delivers what it promises.

Cons:
