The restaurant of the hotel! Good food, drinks and desserts. The only flaw is that the service is slow, understandable cause it gets really crowded.

Stayed here for 1 night as part of a coach trip on the way to Switzerland and was really pleased, we got a lovely welcome from the staff who had check all organised, the rooms were comfortable, clean and modern, the bar and restaurant seemed fine but we didn’t have time to try it, would have been happy to spend more time there

Restaurant food was a bit disappointing.
The breakfast food was amazing. From cheese to charcuteries, fruits, pastries, even the eggs/waffles and pancakes made to order. The coffee was also delicious. The room was great and comfortable although a little more tight than what we are used to.
The location being from Canada made it hard as we are not used to have restaurants not being opened early. We also had to drive quite a distance to be able to get something different and with all the renovation in La Louviere, it made it hard to explore the surrounding area

Great hotel with super friendly staff!
Just did an overnight here, excellent welcoming staff, great bar service, lovely modern clean room. The breakfast was very good with a variety of options (more than I was expecting). I would stay here for longer next time as this was just a stop en route to another place as part of a coach holiday.
