Die Lage ist perfekt. Mitten im Zentrum, dicht am Bahnhof, gute Anbindung an ÖPNV, nahe am Rhein,
Das Zimmer ist ausreichend groß, die Betten waren gut. Check-in war unkompliziert, wenn auch nicht sehr freundlich.
Das Zimmer war ordentlich, sauber und funktional.

Cons:

Das Zimmer zur Außenseite (Heumarkt) ist sehr laut wegen der umliegenden Restaurants und der Party People.
Der vor dem Zimmer liegende Balkon und die Sonnenschutzelemente waren voller Taubenkot. Leider ist die einzige Lüftungsmöglichkeit die Balkontür.

Pros:

The location is great, no doubt. The rest was overpriced.

Cons:

The room had a dirty cold floor, and the windows were left open, freezing cold in March. It took some time for the heating to kick on. The reception staff was unfriendly and took their time talking about private things in my presence. I wanted to check-in downstairs at the machine but it had technical problems, so I had to look for the real staff. And they had so little time for me.

Very poor accommodation in a perfect location
Pros:

Only location, all the rest is below average

Cons:

The breakfast is very poor, several slices of cheese and ham, coffee machine was broken the first day, some bread, very few choices. The room was not clean; they even do not clean it every day nor change towels every day. The smell in the toilet in basement is unbearable. WIFI, very bad. A lot of things to improve.

Die Lage ist gut

Cons:

Die Beschreibung des Zimmers glichen keine Weise der Realität. Von dem Angeblichen Deluxe war nichts zu sehen. Von der ausstattungsliste waren lediglich zwei paar badeschlappen da. Ein alternativ angebotenes zimmer war ebenfalls nicht besser, lediglich der ausblick war gut. Grosse Menge an Hundehaaren im Treppenhaus und das wirklich miserable Frühstücksbuffet sind nur zwei weitere Gründe, dieses Hotel nicht zu empfehlen.

Pros:

Das Hotel liegt mitten in der Altstadt. Tolle Lage!

Cons:

Für den Preis sollte man einen Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer haben und beim Einchecken wäre es gut, wenn man den Zugangscode nochmals mitgeteilt bekommen.
Wir haben mehrere Personen verzweifelt vor dem Hotel getroffen. Gut, dass mir noch eingefallen ist, dass der Code in einer Email stand!
