Hotel with an upscale modern feel
Pros:

The hotel is lovely with a modern upscale feel. There is plenty of space and comfort for all they help. Parking is available, and taxis, and ride shares both sit in front of the hotel. It is walkable to the main attractions.

Cons:

I visited during summer and could never get my room to quite cooled off. Also the room was small for two people traveling with full luggage. I didn't check to see if the room had a refrigerator and it does not. This was obviously my own fault and not the hotels.

Great hotel with lovely amenities. Highly recommend.
Pros:

The hotel was clean, tidy, well-designed, and comfortable. I could see myself staying there for an extended period. The rooms were not overly large, but the lobby and common space were welcoming when we wanted to gather as a group.

Emplacement idéal. Literie confortable ! Personnel sympathique. Service de bagageries

Cons:

Pas beaucoup de place pour 2 valises. Et dommage d’avoir été côté rue (sachant que le Tram y passe). Absence de rideaux « voile » pour cacher la vue par rapport aux voisins d’en face sans pour autant être dans le noir

Pros:

Room was very comfortable, hotel was really nice and in a fantastic location, just a downhill stroll from central brussels, staff were very friendly and helpful in providing directions. The reception has phenomenal complementary lollies
