The location is excellent, close to the centre and museums. The hotel has a very pleasant inner courtyard where guests can relax in the evening or work outside.
On our last day we had to leave at 4.00 to catch an early flight. On arrival, the receptionist very kindly offered that they would pack us our breakfast "to go" as we paid for our breakfast together with the room (and because we could not wait for the regular hour when breakfast was served). She said she added a note to our reservation in this sense. We were pleasantly surprised by the offer, but just to be sure, the day before we left, we told the staff at breakfast (who confirmed this was possible) and went to the reception desk to remind them of their promise (we were reassured they will take care of it and that indeed a note was made accompanying our registration). But when we left, there was no package prepared for us, and we were told, "they are sorry, but they forgot about it". It was very dissappointing because we were counting on this, and did not buy anything in advance. What made me very angry was the repeated reassurance of the staff that they will take care of this (if they had not promised it, there would have been no problem).

Hotel com café da manhâ bom,lounge perfeito com area verde e bar. Funcionarios muito atenciosos. Perto do metrô e estação central de trem e relativamente perto do centro. Quarto não tão grande mas muito limpo.
