El cuarto estaba siempre limpio,

Cons:

No hay elevador en el hotel, subir y bajar al estacionamiento es muy pesado para personas adultas ( hice la reserva para mis papás y la pasaron muy mal)

Nicely located, spacious and clean place to stay
Pros:

The location is great, well placed, the room was big and clean with all the necessary amenities. Clean and well maintained room and facilities made this stay memorable.

Cons:

After checkout, trying to reach the hotel on either of the methods and numbers stated on their website do not work.
If anything the only way was to go back, overall I think is necessary to update the contact methods in case you need to contact front des, and I'd like like to make clear that I'm being straight forward practical as far as needing the hotel's phone number as it should be the one listed on their website.

The room was very clean and well maintained. The staff were very friendly, considerate and always available. Off street parking with security is a bonus. The location is at the end of the street with shops and restaurants, well within walking distance of all of them, but quiet as it not in the middle of everything. They had bags of ice for guests, another plus. Shower is very nice.

Cons:

This was our second time staying here and will definitely be back on our next trek down Baja!

Pros:

El personal siempre es muy atento y agradable. El hotel es limpio y vale la pena la estancia. No pasas ruido por la noche, la alberca tiene buen clima. Lo recomiendo para cualquier persona que este de paso, la ubicación es perfecta.

It’s decent if you want something cheap at least for us. We got it at a good price, but we definitely did not have a goo

I liked the location. The staff was very friendly and they have private parking. It’s free. You don’t have to pay for it so that was nice.

Cons:

The beds are extremely uncomfortable. They’re super hard and they make so much noise. I couldn’t even turn without it squeaking so we had a terrible night and also I can hear the people walking outside of our room.
