Cómodo, céntrico y con excelente servicio
Pros:

Las camas super cómodas; la regadera, salía el agua super bien y agusto, no molestaba; en general la habitación se me hizo muy cómoda para llegar y dormir, además que la ubicación está cerca de la calle principal. El servicio y atención de los trabajadores es excelente 10/10, siempre estuvieron atentos, se ofrecieron a cargar maletas, nos acompañaron y guiaron a la habitación, nos comentaron que había hielo por si necesitabamos y tienen café como cortesía 24/7

Cons:

Solo como observación, considerar fumigar, nos salieron 2 bichos: una cucaracha chiquita y una palomilla grande, no supimos por donde estaban entrando porque la ventana estaba cerrada

No hay elevador en el hotel, subir y bajar al estacionamiento es muy pesado para personas adultas ( hice la reserva para mis papás y la pasaron muy mal)

Nicely located, spacious and clean place to stay
Pros:

The location is great, well placed, the room was big and clean with all the necessary amenities. Clean and well maintained room and facilities made this stay memorable.

Cons:

After checkout, trying to reach the hotel on either of the methods and numbers stated on their website do not work.
If anything the only way was to go back, overall I think is necessary to update the contact methods in case you need to contact front des, and I'd like like to make clear that I'm being straight forward practical as far as needing the hotel's phone number as it should be the one listed on their website.
