Great location, great beach. Go for a separate bungalow, charming and cozy. Pool is small but refreshing.

It was ok . Only real high light for me was the security guard who work on the morning from 6am to 6pm

Staff not a friendly as what you would expect more so the afternoon staff beach front restaurant. If you don’t greet them you’re lucky to get a smile. I don’t know this is because the restaurant is open to the public as well.
Cleaning of room average. Stained bedding. Bedding very uncomfortable. Breakfast below average. Really lacking variety.

Pros:

Die Unterkunft lag schön zentral nahe der Hauptstraße, in der Nähe findet man mehrere 7 Eleven, Malls und Nachtmärkte, die fußläufig erreichbar sind.
Die Unterkunft selbst liegt direkt am Strand, unser Bungalow lag aber recht versteckt im Innenhof, also sehr ruhig gelegen. Frühstück im Restaurant am Strand haben wir genutzt und genossen, der Kaffee nebenan war köstlich (aber im Vergleich zum Supermarkt natürlich teurer) und am Limonadenstand gibt es leckere Smoothies und Cocktails.

Der Bungalow war geräumig, uns hat es sehr gefallen auf "unserer" Terrasse zu sitzen.

Cons:

Das Bett habe ich persönlich als steinhart empfunden, obwohl ich gerne eine härtere Liegefläche habe, aber da hat man sich am nächsten Morgen richtig auf die kommende Massage gefreut.

Enjoyable but disappointing because not given the room we booked and paid for.
Pros:

Comfortable, clean, great location despite being very dilapidated. Ad is misleading. It is not private beach.

Cons:

Booked/paid for Verandah On Sea Room 701 for 4 nights in Jan. . Hotel received a DIRECT 10 night booking so decided to move us to another cheaper room 702 not beachfront. They didnt realise we stayed there last year and would know. Not happy! We should be receiving a refund of the difference atleast.

Perfect location and facilities
Pros:

LOVED my stay here. It's in the perfect location on the beach and quiet but easy to walk into town. There are loads of nooks to sit in the sun or in shade, with drinks and food or just you and your book. It's so easy to sleep because it's so quiet. The iced yuzu Americano is the best in Hua Hin. The pool is cute and the flowers and trees all around are beautiful. The cats are gorgeous and the staff are wonderful - warm and friendly and competent. Loved it here and will be back.

Cons:

It would have been great to cover the small glass panels to block all light at night.
