Prachtige kamers, en super lief personeel. Ik wil vooral bij naam Mimi noemen die voor ons de trein regelde. Maar al het personeel is super lief en aardig. Het onbijt is fantastisch. Koffie is heerlijk. De kok is geweldig aardig en maakt heerlijke omeletten en soep.

Lovely friendly hotel.
Pros:

A lovely friendly hotel that is 10 minute walk to the night market. The pool is idyllic and all the staff are extremely helpful. Mimi went above and beyond. A great selection at breakfast and the fresh omelette was just what needed to start my day.

It was a little further out than I had initially thought but I actually liked this.

Charmant, authentique et dans son jus!
Pros:

Un bel hôtel très charmant et d'une architecture typique (un peu dans son jus), au calme, avec une petite piscine charmante au centre. Le personnel est très gentil. Le petit déjeuner buffet est vraiment très bon, copieux et de qualité. C'est le véritable atout de l'hôtel !

Cons:

Le prix était assez élevé, au regard du coût réel de la vie dans ce pays.
Les moustiques, ça pique ! Pas de moustiquaires dans les chambres et des huisseries vétustes qui ne ferment pas totalement.
Le niveau de propreté n'était pas dans les standards européens... disons qu'il était dans la moyenne de ce qu'on trouve au Laos.

Heel mooi en goed
Pros:

Op reis in Zo Azië boekte ik in Luang Prubang een hotel voor de prijs die ik in Thailand gewend was voor een middenklasse hotel. Ik kreeg er een vijfsterrenniveau voor. Alles was mooi en goed. Heel leuk vond ik dat je er fietsen kunt lenen. De fiets is een uitstekend vervoersmiddel om de stad te verkennen, die vlak en compact is.

Pros:

Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, room and resort was very clean and the decor/styling made us feel very comfortable and tranquil.
The breakfast was good with friendly staff and a great cook who made fresh eggs to order.

Cons:

The main shower head was broken and was difficult to use, the safe was locked open and couldn't operate it to secure our valuables.
balcony tables were too high for sitting at (they either need lowering or seats need to be higher).
