Location was superb, directly in front of the Milano Centrale station. Elea was very friendly and warm, she helped kept our luggages the day before the stay as we were heading to Venice, and even prepared our room with our luggages inside before we arrived back :)

Cons:

We requested for a kettle but had it taken back as another guest needed it.. perhaps have more kettles please.

Sehr schönes und komfortables Zimmer, sehr freundliches hilfreiches Personal

Cons:

Es gab nur italienisches Frühstück und ich fand es ein wenig schwierig, das Hotel zu finden, da es keinen sehr gut sichtbaren Eingang hat.

Sehr grosszügiges Zimmer
Schönes Farbspiel und tolle Einrichtung.

Cons:

Etwas umständlich, beim Frühstück muss eine Person des Personals quasi die ganz Zeit anwesend sein um den Kaffee zu kochen und gekühlte Sachen zu reichen. Ich würde ein kleines Büffet bereitstellen und eine Selbstbedienungsmaschine für den Kaffee, dann braucht es weniger Betreuung und der Gast kann in Ruhe frühstücken.

Felt a bit ripped off
Pros:

The bed was comfortable and the TV had a good signal

Cons:

Had to pay extra for my wife as they claimed I had only paid for one guest and they charged 10 euro for breakfast per day, which was a poor coffee with a nice croissant but nothing more. no drink making facilities in room, no glasses in bathroom, even had to request clean towels
