An exceptionally well run hotel with staff who go above and beyond to make sure their guests have a comfortable and memorable stay. Ayu, Customer Liaison Manager helped me with my blisters and organised a purchase from Ubud to be delivered to the hotel. The staff are incredible. Our room was beautiful and the food was wonderful. It is not a large resort. In fact it is tiny. Everything was kept in perfect order. We will be back.

Small boutique resort. Rooms lovely. We could always get a lounge chair beside the pool. Close to restaurants etc. Great location. We left a couple of jumpers behind and they arranged to get them delivered to us in Legian. Can’t fault the staff who went over and above for us.

Het hotel kan hier niks aan doen, maar er zijn grootschalige werkzaamheden aan de achterkant (zwembadkant) van het hotel, erg rustig lig je niet daardoor, maar nogmaals dit is niet de schuld van het hotel.
Looking out over the ocean - the small intimate surrounds the staff were so accommodating and the food was delicious and such good value . Easy to meet new people as travelling alone .
A little dark in the rooms - probably a little upgrade in electrics and shower fittings.Perhaps make a more user friendly path as the uneven stepping stones make it difficult for some

Good 4 star hotel with nice rooms and friendly staff
Located next to the loud, busy main road to north east Bali with heavy trucks from morning to evening. Heavy construction work on the beach, not mentioned in any hotel description. Candidasa itself is not worth a visit, basically a dead town.
Staff were friendly
Major works at back of hotel in the beach. Very noisy and no beach access. Pool closed at 7pm so could not even relax and swim after the workmen were finished. Limited choice of eating options.
Beautiful staff, great location. Pool area was well maintained. Room was spacious and clean. Nicely serviced
Promenade work was noisy, but will be worth it.
The attitude of the staff
There are beachwork nearby, the noise starts at 7:30am and we were not informed about it.
An amazing small hotel in a great location. Beautiful views of the ocean. The staff were exceptional. We loved our room, plenty of space and the bed was comfortable. We would definitely stay here again
The room is very large and very clean. The pool area at the back is very nice with views out to Lombok.
The only problem is when we arrived they told us that the beach was out of action and there was a lot of government construction going on building a breakwater. It was quite noisy but stopped by about 5.30pm.
The breakfast in the morning was very tasty- we had an excellent Nasi goreng
The construction- but nothing they can do about it!
