Pros:

This was the best shower experience I’ve had since I got here on New Year’s Eve better than the $900 USD room I had at the beach for New Year’s Eve.
The room is large and has excellent cleaning crew! The bed was super comfortable.

Cons:

My major difficulty was when I arrived, right around midnight, which was pretty late. I think the staff is usually only at the desk until 11 PM. The door was locked and Bookings had canceled my reservation because of billing or payment problem ,which I never quite found out what that was about, but it had nothing to do with the property management. I felt very fortunate that my knocking on the door resulted in somebody opening the door and eventually somebody came to greet me and explain to me that they could pay cash. They had a room for me and showed me to this lovely room.
The room had plenty of closet space shelving, and a big solid wooden desk with two sturdy wooden chairs I could sit and type in my keyboard that combined with a really nice Wi-Fi connection.
The value for this room was amazing, I think clearly the best deal in downtown Tulum last night!

Pros:

The location was perfect, close to the city center but not noisy at the night. (Maybe just a bit at some point when there were people talking loud on the outside but okay) Also the stuff was really kind and helpful!! The bed was comfortable as well.

Cons:

The building seems/is a bit old and we felt like that maybe it was a bit overpriced but wouldn’t say it didn’t worth it cause the location was great , the stuff very friendly and the rooms clean. However, the first room they gave us was a bit smelly and the light was not working but they changed the room directly and gave us a better one so no complain.

Pros:

No elevator and the stairs to the second floor are barely wide enough for a travel bag.

The front desk person didn't have my reservation and didn't have access to a computer to look it up.

There was no hot water and the (cold water) shower was very lower pressure.

Beds were lumpy.

Nah an ADO, bequeme Betten 🛌 nette Personal
Pros:

Nah an ADO Bushaltestelle. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Klimaanlage hat sehr gut funktioniert. Dry Mode und Propeller lässt alle nassen Tücher und Badekleider trocknen.
Die Personal war super nett und hilfsbereit

Cons:

WLAN und Internetempfang abwechselnd ziemlich ausbaufähig

Les murs doivent etre en carton on entend tout chez le voisin. Odeurs de moisissures dans la chambre et des égouts dans la salle de bain. Prix exorbitant pour la chambre proposé
