I won’t be staying there again
Pros:

Beautiful surroundings

Cons:

I was put into a very small room with windows that looked out on an ally full of debris and garbage. The mattress on my bed was like sleeping on a rock and as it was a trip that made my days difficult because I didn’t get enough sleep.

Over all a lovely stat
Pros:

Beautiful property, friendly staff and nice clean room.

Cons:

Parking. They don’t have their own parking facility so it takes time finding parking. There is a parking lot across the street but small.

Charming building, fantastic location.
Pros:

Perfect location in Petaluma downtown, beautiful building, spacious and comfortable rooms. Lots of common space and a charming courtyard to hang out, have a drink, etc.

Cons:

They don´t have a breakfast area, only a Bakery attached where you can get a coffee and pastry to go.

AC wasn't working. When it worked it didn't reach our tempature.
Pros:

Everything was great except our room was 86° when the AC wasn't working. The room stayed warm up until about 5am then we noticed a couple hours where we felt cool. The kitchen staff was very loud at 11pm and 5am waking us up and the trash service ran at 4 am crashing the dumpsters around. Our sleep was interrupted multiple times each evening. My husband ended up in the ER due the lack of sleep and stress.

Happy to be here.
Pros:

This is a boutique-type hotel in downtown Petaluma, CA. It was once a bank building, and there are "left-overs" in the decor from that era: exposed piping, an elevator with a lot of character(!), and a very distinctive street entrance. There's a beautiful outdoor court-yard that I found relaxing. Breakfast is offered in a little cafe, and guests are given a room-credit per day. Beds, bathroom and linens are great! Only difficulty was parking, which is common in such city-settings. We didn't need to use the off-site parking, but it was offered with a pass for the car. In walking distance to food, shops, and entertainment. Stay here when you're in Petaluma!

Cute and charming old building, but not good value for the price.
Pros:

The hotel is in a historic building and it definitely has character. The lobby was probably the highlight since it preserves a lot of that 1920 feel.

Cons:

There were several things that were disappointing about the stay (especially considering the price): there was a strange odor in the hallways (probably from old carpeting), it was impossible to figure out the room heating/air conditioning remote, so I ended up just turning it off, and they want to charge you $6 for a bottle of water unless you have status with Hilton.
