Half the staff in check in was very rude the other half were very nice. They demanded id's for all adults which is not the normal thing at other hotels just the check in person. Lots of homeless around and lots of cars in the area with broken windows. The room itself was clean and walking by one being cleaned I seen that they go above and beyond cleaning the room.The beds felt clean and felt comfortable sleeping in them.My door to my room was crooked so It had a big gap on the bottom and could here the freeway and everyone outside.
The location and the ladies at the desk were really nice and fast.
The room stank🦨 so f***** bad I couldn't even stay the whole night. It was so bad like clothes that had been in the washer for a week mixed with a wet dog in the hot sun.
We had NO hot water couldn’t take a shower didn’t offer late check out nothing we couldn’t sleep we heard banging all night they were working on the pipes never fixed em very disappointed I’m pregnant and couldn’t sleep well or take a shower
Unfortunately the only thing left to like about this motel 6 was the locations proximity to the college for me to pick my child up from their stay and be able to ATTEMPT to rest before our 5 hour drive back home.
So to begin, the staff was pleasant. Check in went easy. When I got to our room; the door was stuck and quite difficult to open and there was a predominant stale smell. We checked out our surroundings and turned on the TV for my son and discovered that half the buttons on the remote did not work. In the bathroom there was no drain cover and the toilet would flush but not flush again for another hour or more, maintenance came and attempted to fix it but it didn't not fix completely. The phone in the room did not work and any time I had to speak with the office I had to walk there which normally wouldn't bother me but there were quite a few people just lingering in the parking lot. Our door would jam frequently and then pop open unless we had the deadbolt and latch bolt engaged. The sounds of the freeway were as if I was sleeping outside. I was on edge most of the evening. Then I was called by staff after check out and even though I informed them of my displeasure while I was there I was asked if I had a pleasant stay and what could be improved. I was polite in my response but also quite annoyed. I would not stay here again, in all honesty I would have been more comfortable sleeping in my vehicle.

Beds were too high off the ground. Lots of loiterers.
Very nice comfortable & clean. The young lady @ the desk during check in was great, very nice & kind. Very hot & the A/C worked great making me very comfortable.
The pool. It was not usable & being as hot as it was & after my long drive it would have been great to be able to cool off take a dip shower & then watch the NBA championship in my comfortable room but alas to no avail. So that we really kind of disappointing but I got over it. Biggest problem was that while on Expedia the was not notification from them nor Motel 6 that the pool was down & that could have would have been very helpful & possibly led me somewhere els

La muchacha que atendió no nos ayudó nada yo no entendía inglés y ella si hablaba español por qué al día siguiente pregunté y dijeron que si hablaba español y mi bebé se estaba asiendo del baño y ella no nos ayudó que por qué no podía dejar pasar a nadie y sólo era a mi bebé que necesitaba el baño y no nos dejó entrar y pues eso es muy malo por eso un bebé de 5 años y le pusimos reporte ala muchacha por qué eso no se ase yo fui el 14 de mayo 2026 y estuve dos días en este hotel
It would take me at least 5 min to unlock my door everytime I tried to get in. I had to go to the office numerous times. It was so frustrating. Usually I have no issues from this location.
