Great, Clean and Nice hotel near temple with convenient drop & pick services.
Pros:

Excellent location, Good Staff, very good breakfast and convenient to temple. Easy shuttle drop and pick up to shirdi temple throughout the day. Staff is smiling and polite always. Restaurant staff is very good 👍

Cons:

Service tends to be bit slow at times. Staff can also explain about the temple rules a bit more in detail. We found out about many things only after reaching temple that could have easily been avoided if Staff could have explained.

Overall good stay with good food
Pros:

Rooms were clean. Food was good. Buffet had good variety. Aditi was helpful. There was magic show and sketching for kids in the evening so they were entertained. Overall experience was good! When the AC went off at night it was immediately addressed. The shuttle drivers were very kind and helpful. They warned us not to go to any shop outside as they would scam us. Buying tickets from the temple was the best option.

Cons:

Too much power fluctuation on day 1. At night the AC turned off. The temple is quite far from the hotel so we have to wait for the shuttle. If it’s crowded the waiting time can be more. So plan accordingly atleast 15 to 20 min early. Towels shortage. Rooms can be little more spacious. Water can be little more hot.

The moment we were picked up from the airport ( Bhagwan - driver through travel desk ) , the staff at the restaurant ( Aditi - she planned a suprise for my mom to celebrate her bday , she arranged for a cake and made her day special , apurba , biswajeet ) , the room service staff Satish who ensured our room was spic and span and our rooms were stocked up with water , tea supplies , fresh towels etc .. it has been a really comfortable stay with the best customer service .. not to forget the food at the restaurant ( breakfast buffet ) or ala crate lunch / dinner was delicious and healthy . Overall a fabulous experience and would highly recommend them

I would suggest that they keep checking on their common washroom that the tissues is stocked and the bathrooms are cleaned often

Recommend stay at this hotel
Pros:

Staff was very attentive. I liked the concept of high tea in the garden. Breakfast spread was acceptable.the shuttle to Mandir is very useful. Aircon didn't work but was sorted immediately by staff when we complained.

Cons:

I would have preferred a wider variety of Continental dishes and fresh fruits. Pool is small, so come with that expectation.
