Fully lived up to my expectations.
Pros:

Location, service, staff.

Cons:

Absence of a bar can be inconvenient but I was aware in advance and there are plenty of local hostelries.

Only ok, some good qualities but not enough for me to come back

The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. The soap and lotions they use are incredible and smell great. They offer Nespresso and refill daily.

Cons:

There's no safe. The bed was not a queen but a double bed. There's barely any storage despite having a lot of space. There's a small closet to hang items and a tiny drawer by the bed and barely enough for 2 people for 5 days. They only have 2 hooks in the bathroom and 2 hooks by the front door, maybe a few more so you can hang items. They also didn't tell us about a mandatory fire drill and sent a text 45 mins before it started. Then when we were asked to wait outside by the front desk girl with glasses, she didn't like where we were standing and told us to wait further away from the entrance (almost in the street) and was quite rude about it. However, there were plenty of people standing where we were. When I asked why we weren't notified the day before, she just told me she'd deal with it but nothing was ever done. It's a busy street so you'll hear traffic throughout the night

Pros:

La gentillesse du personnel de réception. On a pu demander un late check-out sans problème. Les lieux étaient très propre et le lit confortable.

Das Zimmer war sehr groß und die Betten sehr bequem. Man konnte vom Hotel alles sehr gut fussläufig erreichen.

Apart from no hot water at 6.00am, a pleasant stay.
Pros:

Convenient location. Modern room - pleasant. Very clean. Comfortable bed. USB outlets.

Cons:

There was no hot water in the shower at 6.00am this morning! Not pleased. Mentioned it to desk staff member and he did say sorry about that.

Poor lighting in the room.
