Je ne viendrai plus malheureusement car le confort et l’accueil n’est pas au rendez-vous

Le lit inconfortable, quand on se lève du lit on a la tête dans le mur car tous est compacter.
J ai retrouvé des cheveux dans la douche!
Les fenêtres son attachée nous ne somme pas libre d’ouvrir comme nous voulons

vriendelijke receptioniste en ook de mevrouw in de eetzaal was vriendelijk

je merkt dat op alles bespaard wordt in het hotel. je moet zelf vragen dat men je kamer wil komen doen. wij bleven 4 nachten. de eerste nacht kwam er niemand. nadat ik ging recelamen is er iemand gekomen. de volgende nachten alweer niemand gezien ondanks de vraag. een ontbijt kost 23€ pp (geen vers fruitsap of cava) en dat moet je dan zelf afruimen in een rekje (zoals bij lunch garden). de kamer is erg klein en je hebt er geen kastruimte (er hingen 3 kapstokken in een uitsparing van 50 cm in de muur. de tv hing scheef. de gordijnen hingen niet meer aan de rails. heb dit alles gemeld maar er werd niets aan gedaan. op die manier vind ik 600€ voor 4 nachten toch heel prijzig.
