Pros:

Hotel staff on front desk are very helpful i had a problem with a taxi driver and the lady on front desk help him with problem. I iwas told by the taxi company i could use my credit card to pay for fare this was not case they wanted cash payment so she help to sort it out .Don't believe anything a taxi company at airport tells you they are completely dishonest.

Hotel was very clean rooms are basic but clean and staff very friendly

Pros:

The reception staff during check in were particularly helpful, they navigated us to check in early well, they gave us touristic advice and were incredibly welcoming, warm and helpful.

Cons:

Whilst the free shuttle is handy, it would be great if it was more regular. Not a big deal as taxis are not very expensive but it would improve the experience

Excelente servicio de transporte al aeropuerto.
El buffet desayuno estaba increíble.

One of the worst hotel stays I have had. The only lovely staff member who spoke English well was Shafira at check in. When I tried to sleep I kept getting bitten by something. I then inspected the mattress and found out it was bed bugs. I called reception to change the room. They then wanted to put my in the room right next to it, which was completely senseless because the bed bugs would be in the room next to mine as well. I asked to get a room on another level, it took the staff over 45 minutes to work this out. In the middle of the night. They barely spoke any english. I got told I can speak to the manager the next day. When I asked for the manager they just said he’s not there but they would notify him. No apologies or whatsover about the bed bugs which makes me think they are very well aware about the issue.

Was a good place to chill awaiting next flight. We stayed overnight but for kesss than 24hrs. Good value for money
Pros:

Close to the airport, has a pool & towels for just chilling between flights, has a free airport shuttle bus. Lovely staff. For an airport hotel it was quiet.comfortable rooms. Good shower

Cons:

Not the prettiest of hotels - lots of brown but I’m just being picky!

قربه من المطار

Cons:

صغر الغرف وفوط التنشيف متهالكه منذ سنين ولونها( بنى) حيث لايتضح لك هل نظيفه او غير نظيفه لان اللون يخفى اتساخ الفوط. ولا يوجد رجل حقائب لمساعدة نزلاء الفندق على ايصال حقائبهم الى غرفهم
