Clean building and cleaning done nicely
Pros:

Nice and quiet area, not a lot of traffic, nice staff, very friendly people around

Cons:

I wish I got notifications/emails that the hotel was under renovation, we didn't know where to check in when we got there we were lucky to see someone and show us the way to the temporary reception

Pros:

The area was pretty good with lots of restaurants and shops nearby

Cons:

It was going through renos which meant it was dusty and grungy in the public areas. The room was quite good though

Very good value for money.
Pros:

Staff was super friendly, the room was nice and spacious, it was a nice surprise to find out it had a kitchen with everything you needed to prepare meals, and the free breakfast was pretty decent.

Too expensive for hotel that is going through renovations, the swimming pool was closed due under repairs. I was staying with my family and asked for extra towes, they said they could only give 3 towels max! The hotel is a joke

Definitely come back!
Pros:

There was definitely a obvious renovation, but we stayed in one of the renovated rooms and thought it was quite lovely beds were super comfy few samples for showering and to make coffee. It was a great place to stay. Staff was very friendly, made the effort to ask about your stay and activities there.
