Услужливый персонал, особенно Лаззат ханум, которая 24 часа была на связи, моментально реагировала на все запросы и помогала с решением всех возникающих проблем.

Cons:

Хромает чистота территории в целом и вокруг бассейнов в частности. Так же посуда в ресторанах не тщательно вымывается. Все стаканы в пятнах, тарелки жирные. Чистота в номерах отличная-спасибо

Обучите персонал хорошим манерам
Cons:

Шумоизоляция очень плохая, слышно соседей за стеной. Бармены создают длинные очереди, видимо это политика отеля. Напитки в одни руки один или два бокала максимум, женщинам говорят пить вредно. Неуместные шутки барменов были постоянными. Бармен в лобби баре грубиян, позволил себе наорать на меня за то что я стеклянный бокал взяла в номер. Огромный отель, состоявший из нескольких корпусов, имеет только один зал для питания, где толпы народу, очереди всегда, шум, гул, питание однообразное. Уборщица убирается только за чаевые, мини-бар не пополняли, одеял нет, только тонкие пледы.в номере и на балконе полно муравьев, лучше там не есть ничего.

A very enjoyable holiday and excellent value for money – we would happily stay here again.
Pros:

We had a very enjoyable stay. The hotel offers excellent value for money – a very good balance between price and quality. The staff were friendly, the location was great, and everything we needed for a relaxing holiday was available.

The food is simple rather than gourmet, but there is always a good choice and you certainly won’t go hungry. There are opportunities to have a meal or a snack almost throughout the whole day, which was very convenient.

Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would happily come back.

Cons:

There was an unpleasant sewage smell in our ground-floor room from time to time. Airing the room helped, but it took quite a while for the smell to disappear.

It would also be much more convenient if beach towels could be exchanged throughout the day. At the moment, towels are available through the spa, and its opening hours are not always convenient when you are spending the day by the pool or on the beach.

These were relatively minor issues and did not spoil our holiday overall.

We chose this hotel mainly because it was convenient for travelling with a child: the beach, food, and facilities were all in one place. For that purpose, it worked well, and in my opinion the food was good. The
However, if you prefer a quieter and more relaxing holiday, this may not be the best choice due to frequent loud music until late night, and staff actively promoting activities on the beach.

Cons:

The à la carte restaurant service was limited, so it is best not to expect too much; however, the food itself was very good.
Like many hotels in Antalya, this hotel appears to cater mainly to Russian-speaking guests. As a result, English communication was very limited, which was challenging for my non-Russian-speaking partner. There was also frequent loud music, and staff actively promoted beach activities, sometimes quite persistently. The hotel is clearly designed for guests who enjoy a lively, entertainment-focused atmosphere, with organized activities that can be quite loud.

Pros:

Velik hotel, udobna soba, dobar izbor hrane i lokacija. Velik izbor hrane u razlicito doba dana i nikad ne mozes ostati gladan. Sobe ciste i uredne i udoban krevet. Bili smo mjesteni u zgradi pored plaze i bazena pa je to jos jedan plus.

Cons:

Premalo lezaljki na bazenu i na plazi. Buduci da smo dosli s djeteom koje ne hoda tesko je bilo uopce dobiti lezaljku. Ostali gosti ih rezerviraju ranim jutrom a ostatak dana nitko ne provede na njima vec su rezervirane i prazne, sto me proprilicno razljutilo, a i nisam dosla na odmor da bi se na njemu budila u 7 ujutro i trcala rezervirati lezaljku kako bi se mogli okupati.
Jos jedna mana mi je bila kava u cjelom kompleksu- i turska i iz aparata jako lose kvalitete, tako da ju nisam pila. Mozda bi bilo zgodno kada bi soba imala kuhalo i barem neku dobru instant kavu ili caj, te da se mozda svaki dan prililom ciscenja sobe napune hladnjaci s vodom kako ju ne bi morali nositi iz drugih djelova hotela ako npr. neke dane zelis ostati u sobi. Sve ostalo je bilo ok.

Prachtig gelegen hotel met fantastisch personeel en heerlijk eten, maar met een paar verbeterpunten
Pros:

• Hygiëne & Schoonmaak: De kamers zijn super schoon. Schoonmaakster, Meral, is een absolute engel. Elke dag werd ik verrast met prachtige zwanen of hartjes van handdoeken op bed. Je kon direct merken wanneer ze een dagje vrij had!
• Eten & Drinken: Het eten in het hoofdrestaurant is echt heerlijk, en dat zeg ik zelden over hotel-buffetten. Voor de beste koffie moet je bij de Coffee Corner zijn. Hier kun je bij Zilan allerlei lekkere soorten koffie bestellen en tegelijkertijd genieten van een prachtig uitzicht. Dit is echt de enige plek met goede koffie.
• Uitmuntend Personeel: Een speciale vermelding voor Ali (de kleine man met de helderblauwe ogen bij de hamburger- en dönertent). Wat een keiharde werker! Dag in dag uit in die extreme hitte staan en dan nóg zo vriendelijk blijven; diepe buiging. Ook mevrouw Lazzat van Guest Relations verdient een pluim: ze is super professioneel, handelt snel en is ontzettend vriendelijk.
• Publiek: Het hotel zit vol met Russische en Oekraïense gasten, al zag je tegen het einde van mijn vakantie ook wat meer Turkse gasten.

Cons:

• Kamerfaciliteiten: Ik miste echt een waterkoker met koffie- en theefaciliteiten op de kamer. Als vroege vogel wil ik gewoon op mijn eigen balkon van een kopje koffie kunnen genieten. Nu moest ik daarvoor elke ochtend verplicht naar een bar of restaurant.
• Zwembad & Strand: Er is een flink tekort aan strand- en zwembadbedden. Het zwembad ligt sowieso altijd helemaal vol, dus je moet er echt heel vroeg bij zijn om een plekje te bemachtigen.
• Animatie: Het animatieteam doet zeker hun best, maar verwacht hier geen dagelijks spektakel. Er is hooguit twee keer per week een show.

Al met al een hele mooie vakantie gehad, vooral dankzij de inzet van het hardwerkende personeel.
