Location and style of hotel, breakfast was v good

Cons:

Homeless person washing in the toilet near the restaurant at 7.30am after id had breakfast! Noise of air con unit was really v loud as a temp one

Nice comfortable stay in a great location
Pros:

Location was great for being in and around the city , the hotel was comfortable, staff were great . Would definitely stay again

Cons:

Air con on in the breakfast room it made the food cold really quick . Also that you have to pay extra to use spa facilities .

Cons:

I chose this hotel over others even thoguh ti cost more because it had a pool. But when I arrived I discovered i had to pay more to use these facilities . Really disappointing.

The air con didn’t work in my room at all, and in the middle of a heat wave that is not acceptable, I had a fan that didn’t really help at all, and the carpet is very dated and feels dirty. And I found some of the staff very rude and very unaccomodating.
