хороший отель, удачное месторасположение. Хороший завтрак. СПА в отеле за отдельную плату, СПА небольшой- сауна, хамам, очень небольшой бассейн. Все понравилось

Cons:

нет замечаний.Но до моего отьезда сейф в номере так и не починили....

All in all I thought the whole experience was very poor and will not return or recommend to anyone

Because it was a Bank holiday, price increased to £241 which thought was ridiculous, never even included breakfast.
On top of this was told had to pay £20 per person to use pool and spa facilities.
Also to pay £100 which I presume in case of any damage. Had to wait 45mins for someone to check the room to receive my £100 back.
Does it really take so long to check a room!

Pros:

Friendly staff and great location.

Cons:

Air-cobdioner didn't work properly and the windows didn't open so it was very warm in the room. If we's soent more than one night there, I would habe spoken to the staff about it.

Also we expected to have a bottle of water each for the two of us at the very least.

Not necessarily worth the additional cost.
Pros:

Good location.

Cons:

Sadly the Spa is £20 per hour and last entry was 4.30pm and doesn’t open until 10am, so wasn’t even possible to go.
Breakfast not the best especially as more expensive than my previous cheaper night at a different hotel in Liverpool.
