Come again in summer!
Pros:

Amazing breakfast! Really great products and we had dinner at the restaurant twice as delivious and high end experience. A lot of history in this area and the olive oil of their own production was delicious too :)
Would aboslutely come again in summer since the pool was just opening and we didnt have the pleasure to enjoy it.

Top Salento experoence.
Pros:

Prachtige Borgo met eigen karakter en topvriendelijk personeel..enkel teveel kleine kindertjes. Voor ons mag het een adults only zijn of 16+.

Cons:

Geen expressotoestel op de kamer. Isolatie tussen de kamers o voldoende.

Soggiorno magnifico in una struttura rilassante e altamente confortevole
Pros:

Borgo Mulino a vento-resort è una struttura fantastica in mezzo al verde. Posizione strategica. Molti spazi nel verde e piscina eccezionale. La colazione abbondante e buonissima con molta scelta sia di salato sia di dolce. Tutto fatto da loro o comunque prodotto locale. Ottimo il ristorante anche con con prodotti del loro orto. Il personale è estremamente educato, disponibile e sempre sorridente ed il proprietario gentilissimo e pronto a farti sentire a tuo agio.

Se cerchi un luogo dove rilassarti, l'hai trovato! Piacevole accoglienza, camere grandi e pulite, belli gli spazi esterni (piscina, giardini, aree comuni), ottima la qualità del cibo e valido il servizio in generale. Piacevole il relax ed il tempo trascorso qui, complimenti!

Pros:

Borgo Mulino a Vento è una di quelle strutture in cui una volta entrati non vorresti mai andare via.
Un posto incantevole con un'attenzione al cliente e ai dettagli di tutto rispetto.
Tutto alla perfezione dai receptionist, ai giardinieri, ai camerieri, alle donne delle pulizie, tutti garbati e gentili.
Il proprietario sempre sul posto ed educatissimo.
Il vero pezzo forte per me è stata la colazione, un buffet di dolci e salato molto curato e vario... ho molto apprezzato che su due colazioni, i prodotti erano sempre diversi, torte fatte in casa, cornetti, pasticciotti leccesi, insomma.. davvero per tutti i gusti.
Piscina incantevole, comoda e super pulita, mio figlio si è divertito tanto. Pulizia eccelsa, e servizi da struttura top.
Grazie a tutto lo staff, ci ritorneremo sicuramente il prossimo anno.

Cons:

le camere hanno un arredamento un pò minimal, ma poco conta, alla fine in camera ci si sta per poco tempo.

We had a wonderful stay. It is a little gem in southern Apulia.
