So viel Platz hab ich hier nicht zu schreiben. Hier ist Handlungsbedarf dringend.

È un po' datato ma siamo a Venezia quindi è normale, avrebbe bisogno di un po' di manutenzione (porta finestra che non chiude bene e balconcino inutilizzabile in quanto usato come deposito, rubinetti del bagno incrostati dal calcare), ma nulla di particolarmente fastidioso, per poche notti va benissimo, anzi, è una scelta ideale per visitare Venezia.

Absolutely not recommended!
I paid €200 for two Nights and ended up in a room that was absolutely terrible. I have never stayed in such a run-down room, not even in the cheapest hotels.
The photos on the website do not reflect reality at all. I booked this hotel based on the pictures, expecting all rooms to be of a similar standard.
Instead, I was given an old, shabby room that looked nothing like what was advertised.
If the hotel has lower-category rooms, they should be shown on the website as well. Hiding them while only displaying the nicest rooms is misleading and creates completely false expectations.
To make matters worse, the Wi-Fi doesn't even work in the room. It is only available at the reception, which is simply unacceptable in 2026.
For €200, I expected at least a clean, decent room and basic services that actually work. I feel completely disappointed and misled. I would never stay here again and car recommend this hotel to anyone

Отсутствие лифта.С тяжёлыми чемоданами не рекомендую заселяться.В номере осталась грязь,убрали только на следующий день.Лейка в душе протекает,сама кабинка еле вмещает человека.Телевизор и пульт были разных марок,в итоге телевизор не работал.Завтрак скудный,одна булочка и один круассан на человека+стакан сока и чашка кофе.Сам номер давно без ремонта,дверь в санузел уже сгнила снизу.Слив в душевой засорен,вода уходит медленно.

Я пропустила інформацію при бронюванні, що рецепція та номери знаходяться на 2-3 поверхах. Я була з двома дітьми і великим чемоданом. Було трохи незручно піднімати його по сходах. Питань до готелю нема, бо це ж Венеція. В мене був включений сніданок у вартість, але я не змогла ним скористатись або відмінити при бронюванні, так як мала виїжджати в 4 ранку в аеропорт.

Room was clean, but Ac wasn't working at all. Evening shift incharge provided us a Fan, which obviously not an alternative of AC. We have to open the window all the time. In the morning when the manager came, I did complain him, First he didn't even accept it, then when he came to know there staff member provided us the fan , because ac was not working, then his statement was o weather is not to hot, some other room guest change the settings from there room, that's why your room ac was not working which obviously a ......
I was surprised once every one from there staff knows that AC is not working they can change our room. But not. There are many other options in reasonable price, think twice before booking with them. If u get a good room u will be lucky, but if there is any problem, then no one will Gona solve that, only you will be the one who suffers.
