Pros:

Somente da localização

Cons:

1- Não tem elevador;
2- Sou 60+ e me colocaram no último andar, subindo e descendo escadas;
3- O banheiro do quarto é super apertado;
5- O café da manhã, não compensa o valor da diária;
6- O local da recepção é péssimo, sem conforto nenhum

Estadia foi muito ruim. Janelas sem vedação, apartamento com cheiro ruim, tinha VÁRIOS sabonetes usados apoiados na janela basculante do banheiro.

Bom, mas não é silencioso
Pros:

O hotel fica bem localizado, os funcionários são super receptivos e o quarto aconchegante. A recepção funciona 24h, o que pra gente foi o ideal.

Cons:

O hotel fica em uma avenida muito movimentada e sem recuo, os quartos não tem isolamento acústico, então dá pra ouvir todos os carros que passam na rua a todo momento.

Quarto limpo e organizado, o café da manhã é bom, a localização é muito boa, perto da orla e do centro.

Cons:

Por ser em uma avenida, os quartos da frente sofrem com o barulho da rua. Se a pessoa tiver sono leve, não dorme bem à noite. A única ressalva é esta: se você estiver indo a Fortaleza por compromisso, tente pegar os quartos que ficam no fundo do hotel.

Ruim, não consegui dormir com barulho da rua

Cons:

Não pegava tv direito, banheiro molhava tudo, ar condicionado ruim e barulho demais, tanto da rua, qnt nas substituiçoes. Tanto que antes do meu horário acabar, abriram minha porta sem chamar e eu estava deitada, tive um susto. Não tinha sabonete, nada extra para adicionar “a comanda”

Café da manhã nota e da atenção dos funcionários!

Cons:

Instalações requerem alguma manutenção! Chuveiro deu choque, quase não sai água, tv estava com exposição de fios, cama afundando, fechadura dava um trabalho pra abrir!
