O Lugar certo para quem gosta do que é bom!
Pros:

Localização, custo beneficio, simpatia dos funcionários de recepção ao café da manhã, o charme da decoração leve, sofisticado e aconchegante. Um café da manhã completo e muito gostoso. Super indicou e virarei cliente fixo.

Cons:

Apenas o fato de ser escada, como sou pcd, foi um pouquinho desconfortável, mas fora isso, o hotel e todos da equipe forma excelentes.

Eu havia selecionado esta opção no booking em razão do café da manhã incluído. Ao final da estadia, informaram que o café não estava incluindo e precisaria ser pago separadamente. R$60,00 cada café (fora três ao todo). Me pareceu uma prática inadequada. Em primeiro lugar, este aplicativo precisa ser mais transparente com o cliente quanto ao café ser incluso ou não. Em segundo lugar, que na recepção seja confirmado com os clientes sobre o café da manhã e o preço.

Meu quarto não pegava sinal de internet wi-fi. No outro dia pedi para trocar de acomodação. Havia bastante barulho de conversas da janela do banheiro. Achei o banheiro pequeno. Poderia ter prateleiras para colocar os pertences de higiene (apoio)
