Pros:

Cozy and inviting.

One of the lamps on the side of the bed did not work.

Lovely and comfortable.
Pros:

All went well, check in was not an issue. We got there around 6:30Pm and reception was closed but the bar staff was able to assist us in checking in. Along with the 2 key cards 5 complimentary drink vouchers were handed to use which was redeemable at the hotel bar. In addition to that, complimentary packages containing cereal, milk, a juice and a bar was left in our room daily by the cleaners. It was a lovely gesture.

Cons:

Hotel kitchen open for lunch and dinner only, no breakfast was available and with young kids that is the first thing you look for the in morning before venturing out. It could have been handy to have breakfast available at the hotel.
Another thing that can be improved is providing a microwave in the rooms or at least in the family rooms.

I felt safe and comfortable enough to switch off for a week and hike through nature while avoiding responsibilities and
Pros:

It was secure. I felt safe. I like that there was cold water available. And that shower! High pressure, good temperature and the size of that shower head. Amazing. It’s a short walk from the river which is a gorgeous place for a small hike. Also your cleaning staff are really nice.

Cons:

Wished the aircon worked. Cold worked. Dry worked (but was noisy). Would have loved it if heating worked. I am also not a fan of smoking outside being able to get into neighbouring rooms. It’s not a nice smell (but the dry mode for the air con did help clear that up)
