Café da manhã fraco, comida ruim, barulhento ao extremo, tanto da parte dos hóspedes quanto da parte dos funcionários batendo talheres, limpando a mesa passando um pano sujo e jogando para o chão as sobras.
Travesseiros velhos, murchos. Dormi duas noites, as toalhas não foram trocadas (até aí, tudo bem), nem sequer estendidas. Pendurei atrás da porta após usar e lá ficou até o dia seguinte, quando fui usar estavam ainda úmidas.
Quando chegamos, tinham duas garrafas de água no frigobar, não foram repostas.
Serviço muito ruim!

Cons:

Check-in demorado ,pessoal da recepção pouco receptivo , Quarto 403 , defeito no ar condicionado e na fechadura da porta de entrada do quarto também , quartos tem acústico muito ruim ser ouve tudo de um quarto para outro.

Cons:

O café da manhã já foi bem mais gostoso. Costumávamos a ficar no Intercity e achamos que a qualidade caiu um pouco. O banheiro estava entupido e a TV não funcionava. Reclamos e o hotel resolveu, mas demorou um pouco.
