Guest Reviews
Staff, room size, breakfast and location
Nothing
فندق نظيف وجميل وموقع مناسب
العازل بين الغرف ليس بالجيد
Food and staff there was good
Everything bad room dirty
Bathroom door couldn't close
Reception staff not friendly
Конечно. Вот более формальный и убедительный вариант жалобы:
I arrived at the hotel significantly earlier than originally planned and asked whether it would be possible to check into the room I had already reserved. I was informed that early check-in would only be possible for an additional charge, which I agreed to pay.
Unfortunately, after checking into the room, I was extremely disappointed with the standard of the accommodation. The room was connected to the adjoining room by an internal door, and the sound insulation was virtually nonexistent. I could clearly hear everything from the neighboring room, which made it very difficult to have any privacy or rest comfortably.
In addition, the condition of the bed linen and towels was unacceptable. The bedsheet was visibly old and torn, while the towels were extremely worn and appeared not to have been replaced for many years.
Considering that I paid an additional fee to access the room early, I expected the room to meet a reasonable standard of cleanliness, comfort, and quality. Unfortunately, my experience fell far below those expectations.
I would appreciate it if management could review this matter and offer an appropriate solution or compensation for the inconvenience and the unacceptable condition of the room.
Luxury but price and location smart
