Pros:

El apartamento esta super bien equipado nuevo, limpio, comodo, camas comodas hasta el sofa cama, silencioso tanto de vecinos como el exterior, es una zona trankila, hay lidl cerca a 3 minutos y parada de metro a unos 7minutos, cuando llegas vas al centro comercial donde haces el chek-in y el chico te acompaña al apartamento y te lo explica todo, en el centro comercial hay bastantes cosas para cenar tipo macdonals....etc. sin duda repetiria.

Cons:

Por poner un pero que dentro del recinto de los bloques que hay tienes que andar un poco porque es el ultimo por lo demas todo genial.

Apartamento completo, ferro, secador e localização excelente. Apesar de distante centro a estação metro a 5 minutos a pé.

Por ser um apartamento completo e sem café manhã seria interessante um minimo de coisas como um saleiro, ou kit de temperos, talvez ate uma garrafa de azeite nao seria pedir muito. um pano de prato ou papel toalha , e uma bucha cozinha nova . A bucha era usada e sem saber como foi usada anteriormente nao se pode confiar . Se sua estadia é curta não faz sentido ir no supermercado fazer uma compra de coisas básicas como essas. Tive que comprar UM KILO de sal e ao sair joguei fora porque havia um aviso de multa deixar sem limpar. E não é que não pensei que seria útil para próximo.

Este departamento al tener refrigeración central no pudimos utilizarla y hacía demasiado calor en Milán(alrededor de 35grados) . En la cocina no contaba con repasador ni cosas básicas que la mayoría tiene para estadías cortas. La plancha no funcionaba.

Ameisen und unkooperative Unterkunft

Die Unterkunft ist geräumig und in der Nähe einer Metro Station.

Cons:

Wir hatten in unserem Apartment Ameisen im Badezimmer, im Flur und im Schlafzimmer. Es war teilweise sehr staubig und die Ausstattung war sehr als spärlich.
Wir haben eine Nacht in diesem Apartment verbracht und wollten unseren Aufenthalt aufgrund der Gesamtsituation und vorallem der Ameisen am nächsten Morgen vorzeitig beenden. Trotz Fotos und Videos der Ameisen ging die Unterkunft nicht auf unsere Forderung ein, uns die nächsten Nächte kostenlos zu stornieren.
Wir haben daher deren Angebot angenommen in ein anderes Apartment umzuziehen. Dieses war etwas freundlicher eingerichtet und etwas sauberer. Etliche verschiedene Haare sind dennoch in der Badewanne herumgelegen.
Aufgrund der Unannehmlichkeiten wollten wir zumindest unser Geld für die erste Nacht zurück. Das Management der Unterkunft hat sich jedoch auch nach mehrmaligem Kontakt mit Booking dagegen geweigert. Die Ameisen etc. stellen laut dem Management keinen Grund für eine teilweise Rückerstattung da.
Eine Entschuldigung von Seiten der Unterkunft bekamen wir generell nur einmal von einer Mitarbeiterin zu hören, nachden wir Ihnen damit gedroht haben, die Fotos mit den Ameisen in einer Rezension zu posten. Das war aber auch schon alles. Ansonsten verhielten sie sich meist unkooperativ und sagten uns, wir müssen die Beschwerde bei Booking einbringen, sie können nichts für uns tun außer ein anderes Apartment anzubieten.

Das einzige positive an diesem Beschwerdefall war die Kommunikation mit Booking direkt.

Man bekommt in Mailand definitiv Besseres für das selbe Geld! Das wissen wir jetzt.

Pros:

Big apartment with a balcony and fully equipped kitchen, close to the metro line and Lidl. It was clean, all devices worked fine. The residential complex was well-kept and quiet. Good contact with the property manager, nice that it was possible to store our luggage for a few hours 👍🏻

Tágas lakás, hatalmas erkéllyel, kellemes környezetben. Pár perc sétára található metró, villamos és buszmegálló is, így nagyon könnyen el lehet jutni bárhová. Szuper ár-érték arány!

La amplitud del apartamento, a pesar de estar un poco lejos del centro de Milan, bien comunicado por metro. El centro comercial con varios restaurantes al lado y un supermercado LIDL como a unos 200 metros.

Cons:

Menaje de cocina un poco justo, la cafetera era muy pequeña y la falta de un microondas.
