Ótima cama, lençóis limpos, ótimos travesseiros, colchão confortável, iluminação na medida adequada, banheiro limpo e bem higienizado, toalhas boas, chuveiro excelente, com ótima mistura de água quente e fria, "amenities" bons e suficientes.
Um destaque para o atendimento de qualidade do camareiro Jeferson.
Café da manhã na medida certa em qualidade, quantidade e diversidade. Um destaque especial para o maravilhoso atendimento, eficiente, atencioso e eficaz de Jair e Cláudia.

Maravilhosa! Sempre que vou para BH fico nesse hotel pelo café da manhã e restaurante do hotel.

Café da manhã e o restaurante do hotel são os melhores da cidade. Excelente!

Cons:

Achei a água com gás com o preço muito exorbitante, 10 reais uma água com gás pequena. Mesmo preço de uma água em evento ou show.
