Parabéns a toda a equipe do hotel principalmente a Tawuane que fez uma linda recepção a minha filha, não tenho palavras para agradecer e garanto que a primeira viagem dela a São Paulo será inesquecível, muito obrigado mesmo, primeira vez que um pedido especial no qual a maioria dos os hotéis possibilitam aos hospedes foi atendida com tanto carinho e atenção. Também ao Nikolas, que primeiro nos recebeu e por último nos despedimos de nossa estadia com educação e gentileza para conosco.

Cons:

Fui com meu pai que é idoso, e por isso solicitei um quarto adaptado, tendo sido prontamente atendido, mas o chuveiro não dava pra ser usado, e por isso ficamos sem tomar banho.
