e meraviglioso il posto ti da tranquillità appena rintri dentro tutto lo staff bellissimi sorridenti vi raccomando visitate questo posto fate anche le vacanze il le camere molto pulite ordinate tornero appena posso la signora Milena e molto simpatica ecogliente siete persone bellissime

Pros:

Jestem mega zadowolona z pobytu w tym hotelu! Obsługa była bardzo miła i pomocna, pokój czysty. Śniadania były smaczne, a cała atmosfera w hotelu sprawiła, że czułam się naprawdę komfortowo. Lokalizacja również na duży plus. Zdecydowanie polecam ten hotel i na pewno chętnie tu wrócę!

Soggiorno piacevole. Lo staff molto accogliente e disponibile
Pros:

L'albero è posizionato a 3 minuti dalla navetta/shuttle per raggiungere il centro. Quello che ho apprezzato di sicura la gentilezza dello staff. La signora alla reception mi ha permesso di cambiare date ed è stata molto gentile fornendo tutte le necessarie per il mio soggiorno. Molto apprezzato anche il posto auto tenendo conto che un posto auto a Sirmione per 24h ha il costo di 28 euro al giorno invece nel mio caso era incluso nella camera. La colazione del secondo giorno è stata molto ricca con tante torte preparate dallo chef, anche lui molto cordiale. Non so perchè ma il primo giorno la colazione è stata più essenziale...

Cons:

La presenza della moquette e carta da parati per fortuna solo nei corridoi e scale.
Il prezzo della camera per 3 adulti a 200 euro a notte immagino il prezzo fosse dettato dall'evento del 2 Giugno ma d'altra parte ho prenotato all'ultimo momento e non ho trovato a meno prezzo ... cmq la camera piccolina per 3 persone.
Lo shuttle per raggiungere il centro in questo periodo non è continuativo. Gli intervalli sono lunghi. Siamo tornati talvolta a piedi ma è stato piacevole perchè si costeggia il lago. Dal centro all'albergo ci vogliono circa 30/35 minuti.

Also Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert. Obwohl wir die reklamiert haben hat keiner reagiert. Frühstück Brot war härter wie Stein man könnte das nicht essen. Kaffeemaschine funktioniert nicht. Jacuzzi war außer Betrieb.

In unzähligen Hotelaufenthalten habe ich noch nie so ein unsauberes und schreckliches Zimmer vorgefunden. Mit drei Sternen ist dieses Haus absolut überbewertet.Geruchsbelästigung von Reinigungsmittel oder Heizöl im Flur und Treppenhaus unerträglich. Bad was den Namen Bad nicht verdient. Geruch,Schmutzig,Winzig.........
Und das Frühstück war die reinste Katastrophe.
Mir ist unverständlich wie dieses Hotel so angepriesen werden kann. Selbst dss Etui für die Schlüsselkarte war dreckig , mehrfach benutzt und schon mit Tesafilm geklebt , man sollte für diese Nacht Schadenersatz bekommen.
