Pros:

Das Frühstück war gut und es gab viel Auswahl. Die Lage ist an sich gut, jedoch an einer stark befahrenen Kreuzung, viele hupende Autos…

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage war defekt, man konnte kein Zimmer tauschen. Der Rezeptionist sprach nur englisch. Manager sitzt in Hamburg, somit ist Kundenservice kaum möglich (hätten wir wegen der kaputten Klimaanlage aber gebraucht). Teppichboden war schon ziemlich dreckig.

Kosmetikspiegel ging nicht und hing zu tief, Sauna defekt, Check in erst ab 15 Uhr, sehr sehr dicke Decken

Gutes Hitel, unhöfliches Personal.

Das meiste hat gepasst - Zimmer, Frühstück, Lage…

Cons:

Das Personal war sehr unhöflich, ignorant und frech.
Das Frühstück sollte ab 6:30 Uhr offen sein, und das Personal hat mich rausgeworfen, als ich um 6:55 Uhr reingekommen bin! Mehrere Leute mussten 10 Minuten warten! Und keine Erklärung oder Entschuldigung.
Die Rezeption war um 11 Uhr nicht besetzt, und als ich den Zuständigen gefunden habe, hat er gesagt, dass Einchecken erst ab 15 Uhr geht. Auch wenn Leu dort gewartet haben um das Gepäck irgendwo lagern zu können! Er hat sich geweigert zu Rezeption zu gehen.

Muy buena opción en Munich
Pros:

Habitación cómoda y luminosa. Desayuno excelente, muy variado y rico. Lindo hotel. Cerca de los transportes. Personal (de la mañana) muy atento: se resolvieron favorablemente unos inconvenientes que se nos presentaron.

Cons:

La habitación apart no sirve para cocinar, los utensilios se compran aparte y ni siquiera se pueden pedir ollas. La hornalla no funcionaba. Solamente sirve para comprar comida y calentarla al microondas.
