good location
Pros:

location perfect for us as we had an early ferry to catch. room was a really good size and bed very comfortable.

Cons:

Keys left on a table and returned the same way had no interaction with any staff.

Our room was clean, the bathroom very nice, but the common areas of the hotel were quite ragged.
Pros:

We didn't purchase the breakfast because it seemed minimal and overpriced. The location was good for accessing city center.

Cons:

We arrived before the official check-in time of 3pm, so wanted to leave our bags at the hotel for 1.5 hours while we explored Oban. But there was no reception desk and we could not find a single person to ask about storing our luggage until check-in time. Once we got into our room we were surprised that our view was of a junky lot. When reserving the room thru booking.com, I specifically requested a harbor view, and was notified that my request had been granted. Yet obviously it was NOT granted, which was quite a disappointment.

Super Lage, tolles Zimmer
Pros:

Sehr komfortables , perfekt ausgestattetes Zimmer, gute ruhige Lage direkt beim Fährterminal, viele Restaurants in der Nähe. Parkplatz direkt gegenüber. Jederzeit wieder.

Excellent location, less than 5 minutes walk to centre of town, far enough from the busyness and noise of town centre, near ferry terminal and train station

Cons:

Can be quite challenging to bring heavy luggage up to rooms that are on the higher levels (but staff can help)
