Cleanliness
8.5
Generally reported as very clean and spotlessly maintained in multiple reviews; isolated issues noted (bleach smell in one room, stained towels) which slightly reduce the score.
Service
8.1
Staff are frequently described as helpful, polite and quick to assist (power switch, friendly reception), but there are isolated service failures (long check-in delay) that lower the score slightly.
Location
8.1
Excellent, very convenient location close to shops, motorway access and dining; however proximity to McDonald's, traffic and occasional roadworks/truck activity introduces noticeable noise for some rooms.
Room Quality
8.3
Many guests praised large, modernised apartments, comfortable beds and good bathrooms; some issues reported (missing AC remotes, early-morning noise from bins/trucks) reduce the score modestly.
Amenities
8.2
Positive amenities: good WiFi, excellent parking, water in fridge, on-site bistro and easy access to shops. Minor negatives (stained towels, occasional missing small items) keep rating around standard for the tier.
Value for Money
7.9
Many reviews call it good value—large apartments and family-friendly space—yet missing small conveniences (milk, some remotes) and noise issues slightly lower perceived value for some guests.
Food and Beverage
8
Bistro/restaurant next door receives positive comments and convenience of nearby food options (McDonald's) noted; limited direct hotel F&B comments but overall sentiment is positive.
Overall Experience
8.5
Overall stays are frequently described as beyond expectations or very good (clean, spacious, comfortable) with a few negative outliers; net guest sentiment is positive.
