Beijing Baifuyi Apartment Dongzhimen

The room was big with everything you want for a longer stay - fridge, microwave, and washer. Housekeeping everyday and with soaps and shampoo you get cleaning detergent for laundry. Solid, reliable wifi and comfortable sofa. Ultra clean and guests can access easily without annoying lobby interference.

We are a family of 4. We were in an apartment style room with 2 king beds, and a small kitchen. We had a washing machine which was very helpful. The room was clean and quiet. The staff accommodated us and gave us pots and pans so we could do a little cooking. We asked for extra towels and pillows and were promptly given them. The front desk was extremely helpful and spoke very good English. One front desk worker named Byron was extremely kind. I had messaged him before and during our stay about many questions I had. He was very accommodating.
There is a small store nearby where you can buy fruits and snacks. The closest metro is about 800 meters, which is a nice walk if the weather is nice. Our Great Wall tour bus loaded only one metro stop away from us. We would recommend this hotel, and would stay here again in the future.

设备偏老旧，电源插座不多，有洗衣机不管洗衣粉，有灶台不通煤气，问前台要锅，回答得自己买了带来，这奇葩答案我也算是服了。就这样的不能称之为公寓吧！

房間很大很舒適，短住會有每天打掃房間，但是不提供鍋具不給煮東西，再努力溝通之下付了押金提供碗盤（但仍然不能煮），感覺大廚房沒用到很可惜。

周りに店が多い、タクシー出かけるなら不便さを感じない。部屋は広い

I booked paid but could not this hotel. Taxi driver did not find and even GPS did not know. Fake hotel! Phone did not work.

WiFi very poor. And very difficult to connect No bar really. No Western restaurant.

It is a very nice apartment. Very spacious and comfortable. I did not like that the kitchen had no utensils/cooking ware.

Great location and excellent price! I would stay there again.

As I'm currently trying to get a refund for not being able to check in to this hotel and this is the third email I've had asking how my stay was I think it's safe to say I'm not a satisfied customer. Stop requesting feedback and give me my money back!

The staff working in front desk was unhelpful and rude. The check out process took much longer than necessary.

We loved the hotel atmosphere and our room. The slippers and our stocking from Santa were a special touch for us since we were so far from home. We give it 5 stars!!

Decent hotel with nearby amenities. Food in the restaurant was good.

I stayed 2 room apartment with my family. Overall great except cooking. We expected to cook there and hotels.com info said we can do it, but could not. They said cooking is only allowed to people who stays at least one months.
But cleaness. staff kindness was great!

Good sized room, mostly used the kitchenette for breakfast only. 10-15 minute walk to Dongzhimen underground and the airport express. Couple of supermarkets within a 20 minute walking radius.

Bed was comfy. Hotel was near Dongzhimen, which I liked.

The receptionist was quite nice. However, in the evening or in the early morning, only one receptionist on duty. I spent 40 min waiting for checking in the evening since few small groups of tourists arrived earlier than me and waiting for checking. the room has little smell of smoke. when checking out in around 7:30am, though I had settled all bills the previous night, I still had to wait for a long time just to hand back the room key, again, only one receptionist on duty. carpet in the room is a bit dirty. wifi very slow in the room that I had to use my mobile connection for video talk. the other facilities on the whole is fine. Lobby is quite big.

Our experience with this hotel was very satisfactory. We had originally booked a 5 star hotel but had to cancel and this was the best price-quality option we found and we were not disappointed at all. The hotel lobby is very nice and clean. It gives you the feel of being in a very elegant hotel. The breakfast has a very good price compared to the other hotels. It costs 89 RNB's. The food from the buffet is very decent. No complaints there.
Staff outside from the front desk don't speak much English which is not uncommon in China. The hotel room was spacious and very clean. Bed and pillows were comfortable and linens were clean. It has a nice gym with a personal trainer and a nice indoor pool.
Overall I think it is a good price-quality choice and I do not regret staying there.
