Pros:

La stanza grande e spaziosa, il letto enorme e veramente confortevole. Lo staff impeccabile, cordiale e gentile. Ci hanno permesso di lasciare i bagagli dovendo stare via due giorni per poi ritornare a prenderli.

Wonderful boutique hotel
Pros:

The hotel staff was so friendly. We were welcomed with open arms. Baggage drop us possible. The hotel lies in the vicinity of the Water Puppet Theatre and the Ngòc Son Temple. There is a rooftop bar with cocktails and mocktails. The staff here is equally nice. Breakfast was copious: there is a buffet and you can choose something from the breakfast menu: from pancakes or eggs if you like western style breakfast or pho if you want a Vietnamese start of the morning.
Our family room was spacious, we had a minibar and comfortable beds. Amenities were plenty. We really liked our stay here.

Cons:

Make sure you book a room with a window.

Incredibly friendly staff! Nothing was too much for them always happy help out with absolutley anything!

Room was cleaned every day with fresh towels and breakfast was included for us which was tasty!

Check out was a breeze , we had an overnight trip to sapa so had to stow our luggage somewhere for day. The team were happy to hold onto it. We decided to get a massage after dinner which was amazing and they allowed us to get freshned up before our over night trip! Even after checking out!

After 10 years working in eco Tourism back home this hotel knows how to look after their guests.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel is in a fantastic location, just a short walk from the lake, making it perfect for exploring the area. The hospitality was outstanding, especially Hannah and Cindy and the entire staff who were incredibly warm, attentive and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that our stay was memorable and comfortable. They also have a lovely little rooftop bar. Highly recommended!

A gem in the center of old quarter without the unwanted party vibes.
Pros:

This property shines due to its location and staff. All the staff from the front desk to the room attendants were extremely friendly and helpful in every way. We had stayed at two other properties while in the old quarter and this was at the top. I would also recommend taking advantage of the morning breakfast. It was delicious and options changed throughout our stay.

Pros:

The light in the bathroom was sensitive to motion, which meant it automatically came on when we went in, so we didn't need to fumble around at night. The interney was excellent. Breakfast was really nice. Cute little bar at the terrace was lovely to relax and there is a bit of a view to enjoy.

Cons:

The bathroom was a little slippery so a slip mat or seperate slips for the toilet could have been provided.

Friendly comfortable hotel in the heart of Hanoi’s old quarter.
Pros:

This is a very comfortable hotel in an ideal location in the old quarter. The staff are really friendly and helpful. I certainly would recommend this as a place to stay while visiting Hanoi. Also excellent value for money
