Ótima opção na cidade velha
Pros:

O time da recepção era ótimo. Meu principal contato foi a Hannah. Tive um atendimento super ágil dela inclusive por whatsapp. Achei incrível que mesmo no horário de folga dela ela respondia. Depois peguei o contato principal da recepção para nao incomodá-la. Ela organizou pra gente um cruzeiro. Deu tudo certo e inclusive ganhamos um super upgrade no navio. A localização para quem quer ficar na cidade velha é ótima, perto de tudo. O café da manhã tinha opções a la carte e no buffet tinha boas frutas. Acabei não aproveitando o bar que fica no topo do hotel. Enfim, recomendo a todos principalmente pelo ótimo atendimento de absolutamente todos os funcionários do hotel.

Highly recommend, great location, comfortable room, friendly staff.
Pros:

Lovely hotel in a great location in the old town, large room with air conditioning and very peaceful. The staff were superb, very attentive and helpful, they even let us come back for a shower after we had checked out.

Fantastic location and staff!
Pros:

Reception staff were extremely friendly and gave us a gift for our honeymoon which was really nice. The security guards opening the door for you is a nice touch also. I availed of the spa discount and had a wonderful massage. One night we used the rooftop bar and enjoyed the view with some great cocktails! The hotel is in a good location and close to the lake which is lovely for a walk!

Cons:

We actually only spent half the time booked here due to doing the Ha Giang Loop and Ha Long Bay Cruise. Upon returning from the loop we noticed $40 USD had gone missing from our wallet. Also, we left laundry and one of my tops were lost that I had only purchased that week. After a back and fourth trying to watch pixilated cctv I gave up trying to get it back.

I enjoyed my stay so much that I wish I could have stayed longer.
Pros:

This is my second stay here. Every time, the staff are incredibly kind and always greet guests with a smile. The location is also excellent, so I would definitely love to stay here again on my next visit.

Cons:

Nothing in particular. Everything was great.

Pros:

It is just few minutes walk from Hoan Kiem Lake. At the weekend, it is pedestrian only. So the atmosphere is even more relaxing.

The staff are friendly, especially the two ladies who helped with plenty of information and support.

Overall the hotel is clean, spacious and good value for money.

Nydelig hotell med perfekt beliggenhet.
Pros:

Perfekt beliggenhet med nærhet til Hoan Kiem innsjøen og midt i gamlebyen. Fin Roof Top Bar. Personalet var imøtekommende, hjelpsomme og vennlige. De sendte gjenglemte ting til Norge. God frokost.

La vue depuis ́notre chambre n'était pas géniale, même en ayant pris une chambre supérieure avec fenêtre. Mais ça fait parti des contraintes a Hanoi aussi...

Location of the Hotel is close to the main markets, helpful and smiling staff overall was a good experience

Cons:

Since our room was on the last floor, it was hot and the AC was not that effective...had to use a table fan also...other than that it was a good stay.
