Nydelig hotell med perfekt beliggenhet.
Pros:

Perfekt beliggenhet med nærhet til Hoan Kiem innsjøen og midt i gamlebyen. Fin Roof Top Bar. Personalet var imøtekommende, hjelpsomme og vennlige. De sendte gjenglemte ting til Norge. God frokost.

Alt var bra.

La vue depuis ́notre chambre n'était pas géniale, même en ayant pris une chambre supérieure avec fenêtre. Mais ça fait parti des contraintes a Hanoi aussi...

Location of the Hotel is close to the main markets, helpful and smiling staff overall was a good experience

Cons:

Since our room was on the last floor, it was hot and the AC was not that effective...had to use a table fan also...other than that it was a good stay.

Pleasant stay
Pros:

Reception staff were kind & helpful, especially Hannah who contacted us via WhatsApp before our stay to assist with any queries and tour bookings. The room was very cozy and comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located in old quarter with many restaurants & cafes located within walking distance (we especially enjoyed visiting the street which Hanoi Coffee Culture is located on)!

Cons:

Housekeeping standards were not consistent, we noticed that the blankets were folded differently each day, and the hair caught by the drain was not removed on multiple occasions. However, cleanliness was still acceptable. Massage services offered at the spa was priced reasonably but you can probably find get a better massage elsewhere.

Pros:

Lovely hotel close to everything. The staff are really friendly and helpful and give you tips of the best places to visit and eat at. They also have double glazing windows on the balcony so you cannot hear the traffic which is extremley rare to find in Hanoi

Pros:

Great location with an easy walk to the lake, puppet theatre, Beer Street and night market. Rooftop bar had a good view.

Cons:

Air-con needs updating although it worked OK, it only just managed to cool the room on some of the hot days we had.

Hôtel magnifique et très bien situé à quelques minutes à pied du lac Hoan Kiem. La chambre est très jolie et bien équipée. Le lit était immense et vraiment très confortable. Et pour finir le personnel est adorable, souriant et toujours prêt à aider !

Sehr gute Lage
Pros:

Wir waren insgesamt 3 Nächte im Hotel, jedoch aufgeteilt auf jeweils eine Einzelnacht. Während unserer Fahrten nach Sapa und in die Halong Bucht konnten wir unser Gepäck kostenlos unterstellen. Das Hotel liegt sehr nah zur Altstadt und zum Hoan Kiem See. Die Fahrt vom Flughafen zum Hotel mit einem Taxi (über booking.com) gebucht hat ca. 10 Euro gekostet und 40 Minuten gedauert. Unser Zimmer war gut ausgestattet, Safe und Kühlschrank vorhanden. Im Bad eine ebenerdige Dusche und kostenlose Pflegeprodukte. Die Klimaanlage hat gut funktioniert. Die Aussicht an der Rooftopbar ist schön. Frühstück wird als Büffet angeboten, Eierspeisen können von einer Karte bestellt werden. Rund um das Hotel sind zu Fuß Geschäfte und Restaurants gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Weitere Strecken mit Grab unproblematisch. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist sehr freundlich. Am Tag der Abreise hatten wir uns für abends eine Massage im Hotel gebucht (etwas teurer als außerhalb), da wir einen Rückflug kurz vor Mitternacht hatten. Die Massage war sehr gut und wir konnten im Anschluss im Spa-Bereich duschen.

Cons:

Wir sind bei unserer ersten Ankunft 2 Mal am Hotel vorbeigelaufen, weil wir das Schild nicht gesehen haben.
