Chuveiro quebrado, mas trocaram nossa família de quarto e o chuveiro continuou não sendo dos melhores. Instalações com aspecto decadente.

Pros:

Boa localização e limpeza. O atendimento do sfuncionários também foi muito bom e satisfatório! Voltaria outras vezes. A piscina também é ótima e limpa.

Cons:

Infelizmente, no meu período de hospedagem o festa do São João não estava acontecenodo, por isso não pudemos conhecer.

Cons:

Chuveiro sujo, sai pouca água e molha tudo menos a gente no banho. Espelhos sujos. Travesseiros ruins. Porta da sacada fez muito barulho à noite. Parecia algo solto.

A localização é muito boa. Como fomos no São João, estávamos a poucos passos do Arraial do Ipem. Funcionários atenciosos. Café da manhã gostoso. O ar-condicionado era bem fraquinho, deixou um pouco a desejar. O colchão meio mole para meu gosto. O hotel no geral achei que faltava um pouco de manutenção. Mas, serviu para o que precisávamos.

Raimundo tornou nossa estadia ainda mais especial

Hotel muito bem localizado. Fomos durante o período das festas de São João, e ele fica bem em frente ao Ipem, o que facilitou bastante.
O grande destaque da nossa estadia foi o Raimundo. Ele nos recebeu com um carinho enorme, sempre muito simpático, prestativo e acolhedor. Fez toda a diferença na experiência e merece um reconhecimento especial.
O café da manhã era bom, com bastante variedade e, por ser época de São João, ainda contava com diversas comidas típicas, o que foi um diferencial muito legal.
O hotel é mais antigo, mas é bem cuidado, estava limpo, possui elevador.
