The concierge wasn’t considerate of us waiting for a lift. He kept letting people in while we were waiting with our cases, he then grabbed our suitcase by the wheel and it broke off…we still have another state to travel to & then home - now with a broken suitcase. No apology nothing
It was very rude
There was something going on outside the hotel til early hours of the morning - we could here it all night
Also the beds are so hard - awful to sleep on

Las instalaciones excelentes, solo la cama la sentí un poco dura y la ubicación excelente 👌 y el personal de limpieza muy buena actitud.
El personal, sobre todo el de seguridad del elevador y un señor de lentes que atendía en recepción, íbamos en grupo y algunos tuvieron problemas con ellos, muy mala actitud y arrogancia.
Deberían hablar con ellos o bajarles su zumos.
La instalaciónes están adecuadas
La persona que está en el área de la alberca tiene mal trato con los clientes aparte en la recepción te informan que la alberca cierra a las 9 de la noche y la señora encargada del área de la alberca cierra las instalación a las 8 de la noche. La atención es mala en esa área

la habitación bien, la ubicación centrica, sin embargo respecto a la piscina tenia planeador estar ahí pasando la tarde y esta no estaba en servicio tenia un letroro que decia clausurada, entonces considero que si no va a estar en servicio, deberian de omitir esa parte en sus publicaciones.

En el bar Winchester del hotel real plaza que visite ,me dijeron que no facturaban los consumos del bar y finalmente si los pueden facturar en el restaurant del hotel ,entonces porque nos engaña la gente del bar con que no se facturan ?
La ubicación, camas cómodas y estacionamiento.
En general la habitación tal cual, muy espaciosa, bien arreglada y dorada de todo lo necesario y la gran amabilidad del personal
