Charming boutique hotel, great value and great location. Great place for a girls weekend!
Pros:

I liked that it was small and the view of the mountains from the pool was beautiful!

Cons:

A couple of the beds were not very comfortable and one of the windows didn’t shut all the way

We made the best of our time and will be back to Palm Springs but we may check out other hotels..or not.
Pros:

We’ve been staying here for many many years, we love it!

Cons:

First off I thought we booked a room that we always stay in and apparently we got bumped. We got an email saying that we have contactless check in, that’s fine. Every guest after us was walked to their room even had their bags and ice chest carried in!! I happen to have a broken ankle so a little help with bags would’ve been really cool, apparently we don’t rank up there! It’s was very odd and off putting!

Pros:

Great location! Downtown PS is at the doorstep, as is a BevMo!! The room was perfectly fine. Nothing boujis, but everything worked, was clean and the bed was very comfortable. For the money, it was on point. The contactless text service was impeccable and, honestly, really nice.

Cons:

A couple more umbrellas around the pool would have been great. In the June heat, there weren't enough for all the sun lounger pairs. That would have made a lovely difference.

Laid back Palm Springs poolside vibe, large stylish rooms, great location.
Pros:

Great location and classic Palm Springs vibe. Rooms were huge and comfortable, with stylish design. Pool was nice. Hotel lobby is in a different property across the street, which is slightly inconvenient. Breakfast was quite good (also across the street). Included options had a nice granola/yogurt/fruit option as well as simple pastries. Location is great, close to downtown, and also near trailheads for mountain hiking. Hotel also offers complementary bicycles.

Cons:

While stylish and pleasant, rooms are showing their age a bit, with some potential for cosmetic upgrade.

We enjoyed our visit to Palm Springs.
Pros:

Beautiful pool area and great location. The beds were comfortable. The continental breakfast was nice.

Cons:

Our room was run down and needed some attention. Three things that should be replaced or repaired are: 1. The bathroom window blind was very dirty. 2. The curtains were worn, had holes and did not have all the top hooks to properly close and block out light. 3. The flooring had many holes in and was uneven. (We were in #2.)
