La camera appena siamo entrati era sporca in 4 notti non hanno mai pulito nonostante gli sia stato detto di pulirla con anche il cartellino fuori la porta , entrata dalle scale orrendo senza luci di sera, macchie ovunque nel bagno e anche di ruggine, asciugamani che puzzano, wifi prende poco.

La ubicación está muy bien ya que está muy
Cerca de donde está la zona de ocio y del muelle. La habitación es espaciosa.

No me gustó nada que una vez llegas al hacer el check-in y tengas que pagar con tarjeta te hagan pagar un 5% más , después de comentarle que ese no es el precio acordado en booking y me dijo ..(como perdonándome la vida) que me lo podía dejar en un 4%, acto seguido , le dije que obviamente eso tenía que dejarlo reflejado en sus reseñas .. y que vale seguía adelante .. me dio por mirar el datáfono y no me había aplicado el 4 % sino el 5 % y le dije que por favor rectificara a lo cual aceptó.
Muy muy poca luz tanto en dormitorio como lavabo y por último algo que puedes ponerle solución trabando la puerta con una maleta o algo pesado es que la puerta al ser tan fina , cualquier golpe de aire que es continuo durante la noche no te deja dormir ya que son golpes continuos.

Great location and we spent good time there.
Pros:

The location is excelent very close to the port. We did scuba diving and the location was very convenient.
The room is clean and spacious. The decoration is nice.
We left a bag in the hotel. We were already in Ko Samui and they sent in in the next ferry and pay the fee to send it. It was so kind of them.

Pros:

Sehr zentrale Lage, aber dennoch in einer Nebengasse ruhiger gelegen.
Wir hatten zwei Zimmer. Eins im hinteren Bereich ("S") und eins im Haupthaus ("T") vorn. Die hinteren Zimmer sind moderner und haben bessere Betten.

Cons:

Das Haupthaus vorn ist sehr hellhörig und die Betten sind nicht so gut.
Personal wirkt freud- und lustlos, man fühlt sich leider einfach nur "abgearbeitet".
Ein bisschen zuviel "Dekorfiguren" für meinen Geschmack.

Pros:

Very friendly, central, comfortable and clean place. Staff was very helpful. It is in the center of Koh Tao where all the scuba clubs are (that was the purpose of our trip) but at night, as the rooms face the garden, it is very quiet. Totally recommended!!
