Pros:

Очень хорошее расположение, все рядом, байк при отеле взяли не дорого. Очень хороший администратор, вежливая, понимала нас с пол слова👍👍 был один минус, мылись в холодной воде, так как мы на 1 ночь не стали жаловаться и помылись так, ну еще нет фена)

Location was awesome

Cons:

There was no hot water at the beggining and they made us change the room with all our staff to a smaller and more distance room.
Receptionist was hard yo find on her place so we slways needed to wait.

Sí, excepcional ubicación a 200 metros del puerto.
Se llega caminando y está en el centro neurálgico de Koh Tao

Excellent value for money
Pros:

Good shower water pressure!
Spacious balcony and a lot of space to hang wet clothes. Very clean, no mosquitos of bugs. There is a fan in addition to the ac which is very nice. Walking distance from the pier.
Overall even with the cons very good value for money

Cons:

Little bit uphill walk. Very little counter space in the bathroom itself.
Staff were pretty rude and snarky.
would not give us a second key and said they could open for us if needed, or keep the one key at the reception, BUT reception closes at 19:00 (so if you leave the key it's unwatched) and half the time I went to the reception the receptionist wasn't there....
