Cons:

Рядом с отелем идёт стройка огромного комплекса. Весь день шум от стройки - пилы, отбойные молотки, шум грузовиков с 8 утра до 8 вечера. Нам предложили номер с "видом" на стройку, и сказали что других номеров нет. И если нам не нравится, то мы можем отменить бесплатно и искать другой отель. Ха-ха, и это в высокий сезон! В итоге мы уехали в другой отель, но этот отель не рекомендуем никому! Особенно огорчило то, что администрация знала, что в отеле находиться невозможно, но заранее не предупредила. И мы были вынуждены искать другой отель в высокий сезон в последний момент. Не бронируйте здесь номера, эта стройка еще на 2-3 года точно.

There is a massive construction site right next to the hotel. All day long there is noise from the construction — saws, jackhammers, and trucks from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. We were offered a room with a ‘view’ of the construction site and were told there were no other rooms available. And if we didn’t like it, we could cancel for free and look for another hotel. Yeah, right — in peak season!

In the end, we moved to another hotel, and we do not recommend this place to anyone. What was especially disappointing is that the management knew it was impossible to stay in the hotel but did not warn us in advance. As a result, we had to find another hotel at the last minute during peak season.

Do not book here — this construction will definitely continue for another 2–3 years

Nah gelegen zum Flughafen und schöner Strand

Auf de Balkon konnte man gut entspannen.

Die Betten waren sehr hart. Wir sind häufig mit Rückenbeschwerden wach geworden. Leider liefen auch viele Armeisen im Badezimmer und Schlafzimmer rum an bestimmten Positionen.

Das Zimmer und die Aussicht das Balkons auf die Palmen und der Pool mit Liegen schön. Das Frühstück, das extra zu kaufen war, war lecker. Es gab extra gratis Handtücher und Schirme für Pool und Strand.

Very good ratio of price and value
Pros:

The location is great, the staff is so friendly and the facilities are well preserved. Swimming pool in the hotel, small but lovely to spend the hottest hours there. Breakfast is good value for its price

Cons:

The shower hose was too short for comfortable washing while standing, the wall thickness between the rooms isn't the best and you can hear your neighbors kids, the bathroom hermetic seals may need renovation.

Pros:

Понравилось всё. Круглосуточный ресепшен, улыбчивый персонал, готовый помочь в любых вопросах. Отель не новый, но не ушатанный, свежий ремонт. Насекомых нет. Уборка каждый день, смена белья и полотенец. Ресторана, как токового нет, только завтраки, но свежие, готовят при тебе. Американский, европейский или азиатский. Бара, то же нет. Но, по улице полно ресторанчиков, которые работают до поздна. Нужен был байк, специалист с ресепшена пригнали через час, по приемлемой цене, на весь срок проживания и предоставили удобное место на парковке отеля. Большие балконы в номере, без кондёров, тихие и удобные. Хорошее расположение отеля. Пешая доступность до пляжа Сурин (200 м) и пляжа Банг Тао (600 м). Рядом большой магазин Tops с большим ассортиментом и Севен Элевен. Торговая улица с колониальными товарами и парой магазинов с лечебной марихуаной. Ориентация здания отеля Север - Юг, поэтому южное, жаркое солнце, не докучает весь день, можно сидеть на балконе, даже днём. Есть бассейн, но народ им пользуется мало, т.к. море рядом. На ресепшене можно заказать такси для поездок по городу. Будет на 20% дешевле, нежели заказывать на улице. Например, доехать до Централ Фестиваль торговый центр, везде 700 - 1000 бат, то в отеле Вам предложат такси за 500 бат. И не тук тук, а Тойота Фортунер с кондишкой, который Вас отвезёт и, по Вашему желанию, подождёт, что бы отвезти Вас обратно. Ожидание в стоимость не входит. Просто платите 500 бат, за обратную дорогу. Очень удобно. Потому, что в час пик: с 17- 18 часов, бывает, у торгового центра, тупо нет такси или ценник подпрыгивает до 1500 бат из за пробок на дороге. Да, на Сурине убрали все лежаки, жральни, массажисток. Обычный пляж с песком и морем. На ресепшене в отеле выдают большие полотенца для, типа, стелить на песок пляжа. при посещении. Удобно, чем покупать подстилку, потом мучится вопросом, взять её домой или выкинуть. В номерах нет стиральной машины, но рядом куча прачечных. 50 бат за 1 кг белья. Постирают и высушат.

Cons:

Единственный дискомфорт - это стройка нового отеля в 300 метрах. Гремят, но днём. По вечерам, более менее тихо.
Но, скоро закончат строить.

Мне очень понравился этот отель и его расположение. Обязательно вернусь еще, когда буду на Сурине.
Pros:

Чудесный маленький уютный отель, до моря совсем близко, минут 5 пешком. Вежливый персонал, стройка рядом не напрягает, в номере тихо.

I can only highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back.
Pros:

Breakfast was lovely, staff were very friendly and helpful, and the area was nice too. The beach nearby was delightful to swim, not too crowded. The hotel also recommended the nearby Audy restaurant which was excellent value and excellent food.

Cons:

Nothing 🙂
