Todo lo demás. Estaba sucio, super viejo, no funcionaba el aire acondicionado, super cerca de los vecinos y se veía todo, incómodo, ascensor enano y tétrico, nos encontramos cosas de la limpieza tiradas por el pasillo. Me dijeron que escalará el tema a la encargada pq no podían hacer nada (raro...) y aún estoy esperando respuesta (estará super ocupada para responder un correo de un cliente disgustado), así que servicio pésimo y se nota que el cliente les da igual, sólo importa facturar a costa de lo que sea. Imágenes versus realidad, nada que ver, pésima experiencia, el peor hotel de mi vida calidad-precio (200 euros la noche). Pongo varias fotos (sólo puedo 4), y tengo más (algunas peores... pero prefiero no compartir x aquí...)

Expensive and poor value for very basic stay.
Cons:

Probably one of the most expensive hotel rooms I’ve ever stayed in, yet didn’t have a kettle (complimentary tea/coffee in the room), the room was basic and soulless. The coffee machine in the lobby doesn’t work and you need to take out a new mortgage to buy snacks from the vending machine downstairs.

Escaleras subiendo maletas, aunque si pides ayuda te las suben.Estores mejores . Espejos baño y luz baño . Mantenimiento ventanas (cierre). Carro de limpieza que los quiten del centro del pasillo. Nos quitaron el teléfono inalámbrico sin avisar por cambio modelo.
