Poor Customer Service
Pros:

The property is very basic but close to the ferry.

Cons:

Staff don’t want to help.
There was a blood and the bedding.
The staff were actually unhelpful in ever way.
Pool is nice but if there any other options I would go there.

Un buon hotel su una splendida isola
Pros:

Struttura comoda quando si arriva sull’isola camere basiche ma non manca nulla.
Piscina relax
Colazione anche se non siamo riusciti a farla lì solo a vederla era sicuramente ottima

Nos gustó todo mucho, pero destacaría el buffet del desayuno (muy variado y muy rico), la ubicación porque estábamos al lado del puerto y muy cerca de la calle principal (aunque no hay nada lejos en esta isla) y la piscina con el gran jardín. Además, el personal fue muy atento y amable. Y además ponían películas por la noche (a partir de las 7pm) y ofrecían servicio de masajes.

Cons:

Lo que menos nos gustó fue la ubicación de nuestra habitación porque era de las primeras y estaba en frente del bar, por lo tanto no podíamos abrir las cortinas y teníamos que estar siempre con la luz de la habitación encendida.

Pros:

excellent value for money. clean comfy rooms. close location to harbour. friendly and helpful staff. no frills hotel but comfortable enough.

my shower didnt have ANY hot water..hot water in other rooms was patchy.

Great location and room.

Water pressure and quality is not great. The showers smell sadly.

Die Lage fand ich super, gab Kino am Abend, Personal war sehr nett, Außenbereich ist sehr gepflegt, Betten waren bequem und sauber

Die Zimmer ( man muss dazu sagen ich wurde kostenlos in das bessere Zimmer ungeraden, weil ich übersehen hatte dass die Basic Zimmer ein offenes Bad haben und ich das nicht mag ) - das war super nett !

Aber: leider passen die Zimmer selbst nicht zum äußeren Erscheinungsbild. Abgesehen von den Betten die gut waren, ist der Rest des Zimmers mehr als fragwürdig - Das wäre einfach zu beheben durch gutes putzen!
Dass die Wände sich lösen stört finde ich weniger als der Schmutz. Siehe Fotos..

the water stopped working in the middle of my stay. they did allow me to check out a little late to shower before i left because the water started working again. The room smelled a bit musty like mold
