No nos gustó pero capaz sea exacto para las tres estrellas que posee, no lo sé, nos fuimos a otro hotel, solo nos quedam

Pros:

This place was perfect for our stay on gili air. It’s right next to the port which was great for us as we did not like the idea of using the horse and cart ( it is the only transport option around gili air apart from bikes). The room was clean , comfortable and the pool was gorgeous too. They show movies on the beach next to the hotel also.

Pros:

L’hôtel est très bien placé, pas très loin du port pour pouvoir ce déplacer sans prendre les calèches.

Cons:

Pas d’eau chaude, les lits ne sont pas fait, la chambre n’est pas totalement nettoyé, le petit déjeuner est très bien, mais nous avons été déçu que le dernier jour on y retrouve plus de propositions que les jours précédents.

Pros:

Le côté central et on est proche de tout! La piscine est super!

Cons:

La salle de bain beaucoup trop petite. Certains ont fait la fête tard le soir à la piscine sans que personne ne leur dise rien

Pros:

Great location, great staff. We enjoyed our stay in the pool which is also very close to the apartment. We also loved the idea of a small porch, where you could unwind before bedtime.

Overall had a lovely 4 night stay at the royal regantris
Pros:

The property is in a great location, 5 mins walk from the port.
And right next to the outdoor cinema 👍 Nice size pool, with plenty of sun beds.

Cons:

The rooms were a bit dated. TV didn’t work, and the bed was very uncomfortable. Shower over flows, causing the bathroom floor to be all wet.

Nice room and location with pool but it’s just that. No additional facilities. There are other hotels nearby with break
Pros:

Rooms were nice and clean. Fridge, tv and extras like toothbrushes included. Air con was very good. Pool was clean and very warm. Set back away from road and beach so quiet. Located close to the harbour so short walk from harbour and easy access to central areas.

Cons:

When booking the hotel included breakfast but when checked in I was told breakfast not included and would be payable separately.
Free WiFi but was unable to connect despite entering username and password many times.
Staff polite but no help/advice what to do , where to go or even what to do for breakfast

Peaceful stay, beautiful long pool, and very attentive staff who truly listened to our needs.
Pros:

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The property is peaceful and relaxing, with a long, beautiful swimming pool that is perfect for unwinding. The atmosphere is calm, and we slept extremely well during our stay.

We originally booked two standard rooms, which are authentic wooden bungalows with an open bathroom, exactly the style and vibe we were looking for. Unfortunately, these were fully booked upon arrival, so we were initially upgraded to superior rooms. While we appreciated the upgrade, the rooms were very modern and had smaller indoor bathrooms, which did not match the authentic bungalow experience we had hoped for.

After sharing our feedback, the staff immediately took action and offered us a further upgrade to the suites. This made a big difference, and we were very happy with the solution. We truly appreciated how attentive and understanding the team was, and how they made an effort to accommodate our needs.

Overall, a relaxing stay with excellent service and a team that genuinely listens to their guests.

Cons:

All issues we encountered were immediately resolved by the staff.

Great location and friendly staff, but needs renovation
Pros:

Royal Regantris has an excellent location right by the harbor, in the Sunset area and directly on the beachfront. There is also a diving center next door, which is very convenient. The staff were all friendly and welcoming, and the large garden surrounded by palm trees creates a relaxing atmosphere.

Cons:

The hotel feels a bit outdated, which is not very noticeable in the photos. Our room showed signs of wear, with peeling walls, and we even found someone else’s sock under the bed. Better maintenance would improve the overall experience.
