Enttäuschung
Cons:

Unser Aufenthalt war leider eine komplette Enttäuschung. Das Hotel war in einem deutlich schlechteren Zustand, als wir aufgrund der Bilder und Beschreibung erwartet hatten.

Das Zimmer war bei unserer Ankunft nicht sauber und insgesamt sehr heruntergekommen. Mehrere Dinge waren beschädigt bzw. wirkten schlecht instand gehalten. Besonders problematisch war die Wasserversorgung: Das Wasser funktionierte teilweise nur sporadisch. Dazu kamen mehrfach Stromausfälle während unseres Aufenthalts, was für ein Hotel dieser Preisklasse absolut nicht akzeptabel ist.

Zusätzlich gab es das Problem mit unserer gebuchten Zimmerkategorie. Wir hatten bewusst eine Suite mit Balkon und direktem Blick auf die Bosporus-Brücke gebucht, weil genau dieser Ausblick für uns ein wichtiger Grund für die Buchung war. Später wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass das gebuchte Zimmer bzw. der entsprechende Blick nicht verfügbar sei. Eine wirklich faire Lösung oder ein angemessenes Upgrade wurde uns nicht angeboten.

Insgesamt hatten wir dadurch leider überhaupt nicht das Gefühl, das bekommen zu haben, was wir gebucht und bezahlt hatten. Schmutz, beschädigte Ausstattung, unzuverlässiges Wasser, wiederholte Stromausfälle und die Probleme mit der Zimmerbuchung haben unseren Aufenthalt massiv beeinträchtigt.

Die Lage ist zwar schön, aber eine gute Lage kann solche grundlegenden Mängel nicht ausgleichen. Für uns war das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis deshalb überhaupt nicht gerechtfertigt. Wir würden dieses Hotel aufgrund unserer Erfahrung nicht noch einmal buchen.

Komfortowy krótki pobyt w pięknej dzielnicy
Pros:

Śniadanie było bardzo dobre z szerokim wyborem. Trzy rodzaje chleba, sery, warzywa, papryczki, oliwki, jajka w kilku postaciach i owoce oraz desery. Niczego mi nie brakowało.

Gute Lage , zentral, gut zu erreichen.

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit des Badezimmers, wie auch der Zustand. Die Zimmer wurden mager gesäubert und hatten sogar Ausfall von Strom und Wasser. Das Zimmer Personal hat uns in schlechtere Zimmer geschickt obwohl wir im Vorfeld Ehe gezahlt hatten für ein „schöneres“ luxuriöses Zimmer.

Really enjoyable from start to finish
Pros:

It was very clean and in a convenient location for restaurants shops and catching the ferry to Beşiktaş and Istanbul.
The breakfast each morning was delicious varied and plentiful.Staff were lovely .
It was excellent value for money

For the purpose of the visit it was perfect place.
Pros:

I came to Istanbul for Bosphorus open water swimming race. The hotel is located in perfect proximity to the camp. I believe it is 15 min walk. Room was spacious. It is also close to the area with a lot of small restaurants and shops. Staff was helpful and spoke good English. From my room I got some view of Bosphorus.

Cons:

The only thing was that I was not able to enjoy the breakfast because I had to leave before 8am all three days. It would have been nice if breakfast started at 7am or 7:30am. Other than that all was great!

Oh, and other thing - not the bad but anyone might want to know that hotel is located on the hill. Basically you have to go up for 10 min if you are coming from the Bosphorus. Just saying. Some people are not used to this. I lived in mountains so for me it was easy.

A wonderful stay at a Clean Hotel with picturesque views of the Bosphorus Bay.
Pros:

The Hotel gave us a 4th floor room 403 - which had a balcony with amazing views of Bosphorus. The Hotel is well located just next to the Bosphorus Jetty. It is neat, clean, with friendly staff and a great breakfast.

Pros:

Amazing room and an incredible view! Just please note that there are a few minor issues in the room, such as a faucet that isn’t properly secured to the sink and some broken glass light fixtures. Fixing these small issues would really give the suite the premium feel it deserves and make it feel more worthy of the price paid for it.

It was perfect! I had some confusion with the dates on my reservation, and I was immediately reassured that everything would be taken care of and that the dates would be changed at no extra cost. I truly appreciate the reception staff and the management for handling it so quickly and kindly — really well done!

Cons:

Just one small tip regarding the hot water dispenser in the dining room: please add signs in English showing where the water and tea are, because for two days in a row I made coffee with tea in it. Also, the salt is placed very close to the dispenser, so we accidentally made coffee with salt. 😅

It would be very helpful to have clearly organized stations with labels in English so guests can easily understand what everything is for.

Other than that, everything was very good! ❤️

La salle de bain est salle et pas du tout hygiénique, quand au lit cest pareil et la clim n'a jamais ete nettoyer et elle est au dessus du lit tout les décrit se mette sur le lit
