I am there because I like to explore Bang Rak and China Town and do not need a luxurious hotel
Pros:

Location, walking distance to Robinsons, to all sorts of public transportation (bus, boat, train), nice pizzeria around the corner, located in a small old world charm road in Bang Rak, not far from Jack's bar, friendly service, simple easy and lovable

Excellent location and great staffs
Pros:

Excellent location, clean and comfortable bed and nice room. Staffs also friendly and helpful. So good to have laundry on site too
