Pros:

The location is great. Some of the amenities are great (the quality of toiletries)

Cons:

The bathroom had ants. The shower head had very low water pressure and it looked pretty rusty. The room is designed for more than 1 person (2) but there was only 1 spoon, fork, knife, so you’d have to wash everything between uses.

Lovely clean apartment, centrally located in the heart of Granada.
Pros:

The apartment was very clean, well maintained and the requests for services were responded to quickly. The central location was very convienient.

Cons:

We both found the bed mattresses to be hard and uncomfortable. My wife would also have appreciated a small vanity table with a seat and mirror to do her make-up. Noise from the street often disturbed our sleep.

Also the quality of the toiletries is great

Cons:

Nothing i didn’t like, but the check in time at 3 is a disadvantage, especially when you have to check out at 11

Also the cleanliness of the room can be improved, there were small ants in the room

The windows don't have screens, so the moment i opened them for some fresh air, a swarm of insects flooded the room. I highly recommend the hotel install window screens or insect netting so guests can enjoy the breeze without the pests

Moderně zařízený apartmán s výhledem na pevnost Alcazaba. Všechno čisté a funkční. Výborné spojení, blízko centra.

Awesome location, easy to get to everything in the city
Pros:

The location was superb, really close to everything. The attic apartment we got had 2 terraces, each with fabulous views, which was a nice surprise. The apartment was clean and comfortable for the 4 of us. About 20 min walk from the train station which was good. Staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Cons:

WiFi was not very good unfortunately. The apartment was a bit tired (flooring and kitchen cabinetry in particular, fridge was tipping a bit) but it was functional. There was a problem with the entry lockset as it appeared that you had to activate and turn to lock it upon leaving to insure the door was locked - this should have been in the instructions provided and the desk was notified of the problem. The shower was difficult to get in and out of (a couple of us are elderly) given it was a narrow tub/shower arrangement with a glass panel that was caulked in place.

El apartamento está en una situación inmejorable que te permite ir caminando a todas partes. Con vistas increíbles a la Alhambra y a la sierra.
Es amplio y tiene todos los servicios que necesitas Estaba muy limpio y decorado con gusto y utilizan la marca Rituals para champú y jabón de baño
Se agradece tener café ,galletitas y agua en la bienvenida.
