Das Zimmer war dreckig, und entsprach nicht den Fotos im Internet, sehr altmodisch und abgegriffen… bayrischer Hof mit einem mittelmäßigen griechischen Restaurant…🙈🙈🙈

Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr günstig für Besichtigungen der Altstadt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig und leider haben einige Gäste nachts auf der Terrasse herum gelärmt.

-Frühstück nichts besonderes
-Parkplatzsituation echt sehr kritisch und dann auch noch Gebührenpflichtig
-Zimmer Richtung Hintergarten gehabt, da konnte man nicht mit offenem Fenster schlafen bei warmen Temperaturen und ohne Klima schwierig

Pros:

Boutique Hotel am Stadtrand von Kempten mit ausreichend privaten Parkplätzen (teilweise gedeckt). Nur wenige Fussminuten zur Innenstadt. Wir wählten ein grosses, klimatisiertes Apartment im historischen Nebengebäude. Positiv zu erwähnen sind die Fenster, welche den Verkehrslärm der Hauptstrasse hervorragend isolieren und einen erholsamen Schlaf ermöglichen. Reichhaltiges Frühstückbuffet im integrierten griechischen Restaurant.

Cons:

Die defekte Halterung für die Duschbrause und der Staub am Boden im Vorraum sollten dem Housekeeping auffallen. Ein absolutes No-Go waren mehrere kleine Glasscherben im Badezimmer, die wir zufällig entdeckt haben, bevor wir uns verletzten. Die Reaktion auf unsere Meldung an der Rezeption ist unprofessionell (sollte nicht vorkommen, informieren morgen das Reinigungspersonal und 2 Getränkegutscheine für die Zimmerbar). Sicherheit und Sauberkeit sind Basics in der Hotellerie.
