Great value for money. Hotel staff were great and lovely young man in the restaurant.

The close proximity to the hotel.

Cons:

Airlcon wasn't working. Didn't realise it would be soo cold. Was offered another room but foolishly didn't accept the offer.

Best value for money both for the accommodation and the food. Staff are amazing!
Pros:

Always a great stay and staff are so amazing to deal with. The lollies are a really nice touch! Restaurant food and staff are 10 out of 10 and love that it is just a short stroll to our room after dinner with friends.

Overall my stay was great.
Pros:

I liked the location.
Liked that I could walk to get a meal ir get room service.
The staff were awesome, Bobby and Juliette great customer service.
Had issues with heater staff attended to quickly.

Cons:

Bathroom sink dated, cracked in bowl.
Shower and floor tiles need a re grouting.
Supplied soap is orange and the grout was orange so not been scrubbed.
Heater wasn’t working very well, filter not cleaned in a long time.
If feel that because I got a booking.com deal that I was given the room to match that price.
If you go on website the pictures of the rooms look so nice but at a much higher price per night.

Neat clean comfy place to stay. Have fun at Westfield
Pros:

Great location to pop over to shoppingtown for movies food and shopping. The hotel restaurant really nice with beautiful veiws but the food is average. Good for sn after dinner drink.
The beds are comfy with nice fresh good quality sheets. The bathroom is old style but clean good shower pressure. We love the big bed and singke because we have 1 child. You get some complimenteries like pretzells lemonaid water which are toatally unexpected as thd price of the room is so cheap. We stay here at leadt 6 times a year.

Cons:

The food at the restaurant. Ptetty ordinary for the price.

Pros:

Location was perfect for shopping and the event we had tickets too. Room was comfortable and the complimentary waters, lollies, milk, tea and coffees a delightful addition. The hand written note was also a very lovely touch.

Pros:

For the price these days (it is much more expensive than it was 12 months ago). I would prefer a toaster or a microwave as I could not find a breakfast option
They offer a free drink which I never use, but some would like it
Also, it was cold. I closed the curtains and set the heating on 20C. When I came back the room was freezing. Curtains opened and heating turned off.
Overall, though the beds are really comfy, free parking, and close to freeway access.

Cons:

I would like a toaster or microwave in the room. Otherwise provide a breakfast option.
