Very pleasant
Pros:

Washing machine. Walking distance to Ginza . Closed to station. For people going to the Tokyo international cruise, a nearby train line goes direct so it’s super convenient. Free coffee/hot chocolate drinks.

Cons:

It’s a little small but it’s expected

房間相對大
有洗脫烘衣機、洗衣精、電磁爐和微波爐
有附簡單鍋子，廁所外面還有再一個水槽，方便。

Cons:

冰箱不冰，牛奶好像壞掉了
細節灰塵蠻多的，需要自己稍微清潔

Très bon séjour dans cette hôtel
Pros:

Logement bien située à côté de 2 station de métro/train, malgré que la chambre était petite on s'y est senti bien. Nous avons apprécié l'accès en libre service du coin de la fontaine a eau avec la machine a café/thé + les accessoires de toilettes.
La chambre était propre et les passages du ménages pour changée nos serviettes et vidée nos poubelles ont été agréable. Juste en face vous avez un quartier bien garnie en restaurant.

Cons:

Le bruit du métro peu être embêtant pour les sensibles du bruit (ce n'est pas notre cas)

Would definitely stay again!
Pros:

Close to Shimbashi train station, short walk away and not too chaotic with luggage. Great area with a lot of izakayas if you need a bite to eat late at night.

Cons:

Room could have been bigger, but worth the value of money spent regardless

such a great hotel in an amazing location!
Pros:

the location was amazing, only 5 minutes of walk from Shimbasi station. the staff was really nice and helpful. we really enjoyed our stay there.
