"Simple cleaning" is a request system.

Simple cleaning means collection of face towels, bath towels, bath mats, nightwear, and garbage collection.

In addition to the above simple cleaning, "room cleaning" will be performed once a week.
Bed making, changing towels and nightwear, replenishing room equipment, cleaning the room, and garbage collection.

住宿地點很方便。美中不足的是經常會被電車吵到。
1. 交通算方便，但是電車軌道就在不遠處，經常被經過的電車吵醒。2.地毯有跳蚤，一直被跳蚤咬，確定不是蚊子咬，因為只叮我的小腿以下。3. 7.19早上10點，1樓的女性服務員，態度一副愛理不理的樣子，有點傲慢，令人很不舒服。

The coffee machine downstairs only opens at 7 AM and not before
This hotel offers a luggage service from the airport to the hotel. As soon as we landed in Haneda, we dropped off our luggage and it was delivered. I had even mistakenly put the wrong Tokyu Stay location in the booking, and the hotel called the delivery service to correct my error and make sure it was sent to the right location. That’s beyond great hospitality and accommodation in my opinion and gave me a great first impression of the hotel. They provide pyjamas and all skincare amenities I needed, and both the bed and pillows were so comfortable! I’m already looking for those pillows to buy to bring home. The in-room laundry was unbeatable and I can’t imagine booking without one now. The hotel was in a great location about a 5 minute walk to Shimbashi station, and a 15 minute walk to Ginza. The staff at the hotel were lovely and made every effort to make our stay comfortable. They also helped us with forwarding our luggage to our following hotel. It was our first ever time visiting Japan, and choosing Tokyu Stay as our first hotel made the beginning of our trip seamless.
I had a really enjoyable stay. The room was compact but very well designed and had everything I needed to be comfortable and work efficiently. Having a washing machine and microwave in the room was a huge bonus, and it was well equipped for both short and longer stays.
The location was excellent. It was very convenient for getting to work, and in the evenings there was a fantastic choice of restaurants within easy walking distance, making it easy to find somewhere great to eat.
The only minor improvement I would suggest is adding a little more hanging space in the room. I stayed for over a week and had several outfits to hang, so some additional wardrobe space would have made the room even more practical for longer stays.

Good location, laundry in the room, rooms were not small
They only made the beds on days they changed the sheets (every 4th day), which is really strange to me, I've stayed in so many hotels in Japan and it's the first time I ever saw this. The trains were quite loud, I don't mind but my partner couldn't sleep well because of it. Room could have been cleaner in general.
